We have a no-unregistered guests policy for insurance purposes, as well as respect for other occupants at the property. The two bedroom apartment offers queen beds in the bedrooms, as well as a pullout couch in the main room ideal for 1 additional adult or two children. Guests will have access to beach accessories (portable beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels), gazebo and upper deck with BBQ. The property includes dock access. We have two adult paddle boards available on request to be used in the canal surrounding the property.
