I was at Sugarloaf for a meeting, but I needed an option for just one night and not multiple and Spillover seemed to be the perfect option. I spoke to someone over the phone to originally book the room and she was very helpful and courteous. I had seen that check in was 3-7 and to let them know if I would be later than that. So checked in right at 3PM (again, the young woman at the front was very nice) and basically through my things in the room and left for the meeting. The meeting was at the mountain and the hotel was VERY close to the mountain. I didn't get back until 9PM and I had to be up at 5 (before the office opened). At 5:30 AM, I realized the room did not come with a hairdryer. That would be that only complaint of the room. The room was very clean. Nothing fancy, but just what I needed for one night. But I never even thought to check for a hair dryer (I haven't been in a hotel in a LONG time that doesn't have a hair dryer). I wish I had known that I should have brought one. But I would definitely stay again. And I even told my husband that we should come up this summer with the dogs (LOVE that. you allow dogs), to hike some trays and go to the Coplin restaurant.
