We arrived at this hotel on the 8.4.2025 for a week's holiday with tui arrived at the hotel quite late around 22.35pm at night on check in we was given 3 sandwiches and 3 apples and a drink. Reception staff really nice. A member of staff took our luggage to our room for us.room was really spacious for a studio with a side view of the sea.room cleaned everyday fresh towels and bottled water. English tv which was great. Hotel really clean staff really look after this hotel.food great even my fussy 10 year old found something to eat everyday..pancakes great for the kids for breakfast.pools really cold but it is April..water park and lazy river fantastic for the kids ... the view is amazing looking out to the sea. Entertainment not the best needs to improve with more activities during the day for the kids and Entertainment at night maybe invest in different acts each night ... overall great hotel all staff amazing very friendly..hotel on a hill bit of a trek to walk up the hill ..few bars and restauraunts close by definitely will be back hopefully in a hotter month 😀

We had a recent stay at this hotel and have to say the service and facilities were excellent on our family holiday. A lovely family atmosphere and superb service from all the staff, an extra shout out to Victoria and Aris who were so helpful when we required any assistance.

Fantastic hotel and room facilities. Everything you require for a great holiday. Delicious meals and exemplary service. Tony the head steward could not have done more to ensure our culinary satisfaction . Other staff namely Tatiana, Satish and Ramesh were excellent. Mention must also be made of Marina the guest relations rep who was always available to ensure every small item was taken care of. This venue will now be my coral Bay must stay venue. Congratulate yourselves guys you are brilliant

Spent 10 days/nights here and had a fantastic holiday, all the staff including the waiters, bar staff, reception, entertainment staff, management always chatty and smiley, excellent interaction with guests, food great lots of choice in the restaurant, snack bar also good, pools and aqua park are great fun for everyone, great location 10 /15 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants, would definitely return to this hotel.

Had a fantastic 10 nights Easter/bank holiday/birthday celebrations at Kapetanios aqua resort. It has everything you need you don’t have to go anywhere if you don’t want to. Hospitality is very good, staff are pleasant, kind and smiley all round. Food very good, entertainment also and bingo was fun. Room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds pillows and quilt, also has a tea station. We did take a trip out to the zoo and would recommend it payed 10 euros pp to see and learn about shova rani the queen of beauty elephant which was amazing for me and the kids. We plan on returning. Coming out the hotel we turned right to get to town a ten minute walk so didn’t have to go up the incline. Overall we would all come here again 13 of us went and there was something for everyone.

I braved it as a single mum to take me and my 12 year old son away. This place is absolutely perfect. The staff are amazing and friendly so welcoming from the cleaners, bar staff, hospitality staff and management. The life guards also the entertainment staff so encouraging and talented. The food as delicious and varied. This place is spotless. So so clean. We will definitely be visiting again thanks so much all at Kapetanis aqua resort you gave us such a lovely time. It was the recharge I needed as a busy working mummy. I felt safe and looks after. The jeep your Evis was perfect too. Also the massage wow!

I recently had a week here with my GF. The hotel was very welcoming. The staff were super friendly and accommodating(Thank you MARINA for so helpful and informative). Our room was very modern and clean. We were all inclusive. The food was plentiful and tasty with a good many options to choose from. The location is excellent. The pool area and hotel is on the coast with excellent views over the sea, but it is just a short (about 500m) walk to the popular ***** full of lively bars and restaurants. I would heartily recommend this place and cannot find fault. Kapetanios is superb and excellent value for money.

Fantastic hotel ! The staff were amazing from the start to the end! So friendly and helpful! Marina helped surprise my Mrs for her bday and also helped with ideas for my proposal! The hotel was clean throughout and a great location perfect for a family holiday! Will definitely be coming back!
