Kapetanios Aqua Resort

Very big rooms, excellent air-conditioning system, the food tastes very good, but it's repetitive, big variety of drinks and cocktails, ok entertainment in the evenings. The only downside for me at least is that if it's all inclusive should be ALL inclusive. But no,bring your wallet because you have to pay for some of the drinks,for water which is essential, and cocktails at the bar after 11pm.

The hotel offers excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a warm, friendly staff that made us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable—right by the beach in beautiful Pafos. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

After arriving late we were given some food and water. Not a lot more they could give us so that was satisfactory. The coach driver did actually reverse down the hill. It is a steep hill and wouldn’t be suitable for people with walking difficulties. We were surprisingly put next door to my son so not sure if that was coincidence as we had booked separately but we were happy about that and made life easier. The rooms are extremely spacious and the aircon is one of the best we have ever had. Beds were made everyday and fresh towels left as and when required. Only niggley thing about one room was that it was looking out onto bins but as the room wasn’t occupied for most of the day it was something that didn’t cause a problem. Beds comfy. Food as you would expect for an all inclusive. We thought it was very nice and there was plenty of choice daily. Plenty of food catered towards children. Cocktails nice and plenty to choose from. Pool was the warmest we had ever been in. The waterpark superb and a lovely little park next to the main pool. There were plenty of sunbeds but I can imagine in the holidays it would get very crowded. There is a large grass area near the sea which is where you could take the sunbeds for a little peace. Entertainment girls were lovely and chatty. Elvis and Tom Jones hilarious and not that good but it didn’t spoil anything for us. Taxis into Paphos very expensive. The Coral Bay beach worth a walk to and plenty of restaurants to eat on the main ***** if you fancied a change. This resort is superb for kids. Not suitable for anyone who doesn’t want to be surrounded by loud children. It does get a little chaotic. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Hotel is absolutely amazing if you have children, water park is brilliant, events on for children, kids clubs, mini disco, quiz, bingo, singers. Absolutely brilliant cocktail list and the food at meal times and the snack bar are both amazing. The hospitality from the staff is great especially from Zoe who is very attentive and accommodating with a very friendly smile and also Tatiana who makes the best cocktails The kids club is also brilliant, shout out especially to Becca and Brooke

Well, I’ll stay at kapetanios myself and 4 friends stayed for ten days from the off we had a great experience.. our stay was magnificent, they had wide variety of food for the all inclusive meals, snack bar was great though out the day, the water slides are great for all ages! Bar staff were friendly and helpful, And the kids pool not that we used it was great area for kids, no fighting for sunbeds , beach on sight, small grass area to play some football and sunbathing, staff were great… but one thing I want to highlight is the activity’s on sight, a brilliant bunch of girls ! Erin at kids club in as so friendly, they all performed in the evening, And Jess what a gal! Honestly the girls at the hotel are brilliant, great banter made us feel welcome and actually made our holiday! We LIVED for the bingo every night(we only won once) as a group of 24-40 year old women we enjoyed engaging with the team! Bingo ever night was fun and enjoyable, we got up in the karaoke of a few occasions! I think being able to chat with the girls who do the entertainment was so nice, it didn’t feel like they were at work.. they put in a brilliant dance show on the Saturday night, had everyone singing and dancing But honestly I would definitely come back to this hotel ! Short walk up the hill to the supermarket and shops, bars and restaurants, a bus for €2 to the local beach where 2x sunbeds and umbrella are €7.50, all the locals are cheerful and happy, they seem to enjoy the tourists, there are cars to rent for about 200 for 2/3. Days or buggy’s(of road little more money and a deposit needed) but there are lots of things to do Aphrodite waterpark is 35 mins in car, that was a great day out, the sea is warm and clear, we snorkelled often! We rented a car and drove 2hrs to ayia napa to a a chapel and a really quiet blue lagoon… honestly one of the best holidays of my life! There is lots of excursions available in and around coral bay / Paphos, from turtle watching to sea caves, buggy rides, paragliding.. You make it Cyprus can exceed your expectations! Myself and my friends have had a great time! The rooms are large in size with an under counter fridge(with small freezer in the top), a hair dryer, kettle, each room is kept clean they replace all tiles wash floor. Empty bin and change bed… We will be back !! To all the staff and the girls who make the days run smoothly and full of things to do! Thank you ! Overall it was clean…staff was polite, life Guards are ever far away they have a couple n at the time..

Had a wicked stay thanks to Jess and the Entertainment Team! Jess is an absolute star – the hostess with the mostess! She truly made our holiday amazing by getting us involved in everything from aqua aerobics, darts, stretching and volleyball, to the amazing entertainment every night. While the hotel itself was clean and comfortable and some of the staff were friendly however it was Jess and the entertainment crew that made the trip 10x more enjoyable. Her energy, enthusiasm and dedication transformed a good holiday into an incredible one. The food was okay and the facilities were nice but honestly, I would come back purely because of Jess and the entertainment team. She is a real game changer – thank you for making our stay an unforgettable one!
