Crown Resorts Horizon Hotel

The Cali resort and Spa is a nice, quiet adults only place, where family and I spent 1 week. In a few hours we'll be saying goodbye to this wonderful place and already thinking of coming back later in the year. Why this hotel gets our top marks? The staff make this place unforgettable for everyone, we felt that we had full attention all the time. From housekeeping to the front desk everyone was welcoming. Special thanks to Emi, Mariana, Sreer (smiling girl), Kamala, Puja, Egyptian guys in the restaurant who were greeting us with smile every day. Many thanks to Sita and Alona who offered many drinks in the evenings. I would like to mention our housekeeping lady Kusum, who made sure that we had clean towels every day. Honestly, there are so many kitchen staff to Thank, who looked after my vegan daughters dietary needs, thank you to the Chef who made her vegan moussaka...so Big Thank you from our family to you all, who made our holiday enjoyable!

We needed relaxing vacations so we could escape from the daily stress. It was the best hotel to do exactly that! Relaxing time at the pool and at the spa as well. They have the most beautiful indoor pool i've ever seen and the staff was very polite. We got also outstanding service and experience from Marina,Anna-Maria and Panos from the spa, Mr Kwstas the porter, Eduard from the pool bar and Mrs Katerina from the reception. Special thanks to all of you.

Came for a week of total relaxation and can’t rate this hotel enough , I came with my sister and we were given a double bed not a problem they swapped us to a room with twin beds as soon as we asked beds are so comfortable high quality linen and towels and it’s kept beautifully clean. The hotel is emaculate and smells lovely,the food is divine and presentation is outstanding ,all the staff are so attentive and nice and it’s been one of my best holiday experiences to date 😎don’t know how I will be able to go back to self catering after this experience 🤣. Thanks for making our holiday so special x😎

We booked a last minute break here for a week. We were welcomed with a fantastic refreshing drink and the service was wonderful from that moment on. The food was great, the room was great, the staff were great. Any little thing we mentioned was attended to straight away from a slow running plug hole to a light that wouldn't light up. The staff were so friendly, greeting us every morning & remembering our likes. The location is great too, near the sea and near a little row of shops, bars & restaurants. Would we come again? Oh, yes, any time!

Hotel is absolutely stunning with the most peaceful and relaxing atmosphere! Food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, to satisfy every craving!! Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile! Highly recommend and cant wait to visit again!

A fantastic hotel that actually provides the sort of all inclusive experience you get in the carribean . Are we holiday snobs ? Yes , yes we are . We only came to Cyprus to attend a friends wedding , we had given up on holidaying in Europe some time ago due to the awful service , food etc . But here we are having to revaluate our thought process as this place is fantastic. Even the British guest are not as annoying as they usually are, yes they still do weird things like learn the waiters name and mention them in reviews but the general level of football shirt wearing is low . The only downside to this hotel that we noticed was the cats , but we understand pet people love a stray cat . I saw a man in his mid 50s posing for a photo with one of these flea infested characters . The rooms have everything you need , a little fridge of drinks , housekeeping are always dropping off , water , 7up , Pepsi and chocolates. Yes we probably could of taken pictures of unpainted door hinges but if I'm honest , I'm not that deeply unhappy with my life . If you moan about this hotel then you probably need to seek professional help or somebody has really hurt you . So basically just book it , it's great .
