"The accommodation was poor to put it politely. Our employee sent through pictures which showed bugs on the floor, a shower that was hanging off the wall and the shower head was black with dirt. Our business is all over the country and we have never had an employee complain like this. It was so bad they actually refused to stay there. We have tried to cancel further bookings but we do have to accept that when booking we accepted that it was a no refund policy. Please be cautious when booking this accommodation."

"We as a family were very happy with the Christmas day lunch that they provided, there was plenty of food on the plates and it was so nice, it was hot and promptly brought out, the staff were very professional and there was a pleasant atmosphere...we had to leave straight after pudding due to going to the hospital to visit my mum, so I didn't get to thank all the staff for there lovely service, So thank you all for a lovely lunch , i will definitely recommend The Raven . Nikki"

"As per usual, the food was fantastic. The item my husband ordered was unavailable, but the staff were super. He chose something else and it was lovely. I can't fault the service or the food. Never had a bad meal here. Also, the afternoon tea is well worth a visit. "
