"Rina and the staff were great. They were always nice and helpful. Melanie the housekeeper was always greeting people with a smile and if you needed help all the staff had radios to contact each other to help. I was impressed by how well they got the place working and cleaned after the last very big typhoon, the place looked like it never was hit! Finally as an added touch, having my clothes washed and dried smelling really good was perfect."

"the hotel was very nice and comfortable breakfast was good. there are some queue in cafe on breakfast time, but it’s just for inside dining. Me and my husband prefer to sit outside, so we didn’t wait for other. people, who work there all is good and very polite and friendly!!🫶🏼 i love them all!!! pools are always clean, beach is also clean and nice and have a lot of space for swimming and relaxing. Also there are sups and kayaks☀️ moreover, room is good, gym too i really like this hotel! be ready to one thing - you need pay 7000 philippines peso as pledge on check in. "We stayed in a room on the 8th floor of the Palm building, The view is very spacious, and you can see planes taking off one after another from the distance. There is a drying rack on the balcony for hanging swimsuits, which is a very practical design. The water park is very suitable for children, the rooftop bar is very relaxing, and the drinks are delicious. The Earth restaurant offers Chinese cuisine with large portions. In the photos, we ordered small portions. The staff at both restaurants are very enthusiastic. However, the downside is that we had to wait a long time for the room, and we didn’t get the room card until nearly 3:30 p.m. After a long journey, this was a very frustrating process. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room, and it took three phone calls before one was finally delivered, which was also a negative experience."

"I stayed in a 6-person room for a day with a family I became close with in the Philippines. Although the overall facilities are a bit old, I think it is a great resort considering the price. It is said that new double rooms were recently built near the main entrance, but I was unable to check their condition as I could not use them. The exterior looked neat. This resort is very popular with local residents. You can think of it as a resort with general Filipino services rather than targeting foreigners. You will need to be a little patient when checking in and out, and you will also need to be patient and wait for your food, so we recommend that you always order or move about 30 minutes in advance. Instead, the waiter will bring it directly to you in front of your room or wherever you want in the resort, and you can eat there. Some seats are right within 2 meters of the pool, so you can enjoy a beer and a meal while watching the kids. Day use is 80 pesos per person as of December 23. You can use the facilities until late in the evening at a fairly reasonable price, so we split the room into two groups: members who slept in a 6-person room and members who went home to work the next day. If I come next time, I'm thinking about having the whole family just use it for day use. It is also lenient on smokers. Of course, smoking is not allowed inside the pool, but the smoking area is flexible and spacious so as not to inconvenience other customers. However, there are no commercial areas outside the resort and it is a local residential area. Therefore, it would be safer and better to ask the tricycle driver if he can show you around for about 100 pesos, ride around, and get off when you arrive at a place that seems safe. The local neighborhood right in front of the resort is a little dark at night, but if you go just 300 to 400 meters to the side, you can see Cordoba City Hall, police station, fire station, large cathedral, and its own downtown Cordoba."

"This is our second time spending our staycation. What I loved about this place are the trees, pool and beach. The architectural landscape is so relaxing. There are lots of pools. The views are instagrammable everywhere. You can go outside anytime you want without worries of the UV sun rays because of the shades from trees. There are lots of staffs served our needs including the interns and they did it excellently and politely. I used to surprised my husband with a birthday cake in our breakfast buffet and the staffs accommodated my request to sing a ”Happy birthday” song for him with a cake. To my gratefulness, we just took a little slice of a cake and gave the rest to the staffs. I went to many resorts in the Philippines and this is one of my favorite. I will definitely be back soon."

"I love the staff. They’re very accommodating and when it terms of customer services they respond with courtesy and politely. However, the location wasn’t at the Center of accessibility such as pharmacy and malls but the good thing is that the staff will guides you when you need something to buy. In summary it’s 9/10."
