Rathmore House was a pleasure to stay at. Marguerite was wonderful and her communications with me were prompt and convivial. Appreciated this so much . My room was lovely and after a long days travel when I arrived I was so tired I went straight to bed. Marguerite had a heated blanket all ready and warm .. Heaven! The property and the view were stellar. Breakfast was amazing and the food was perfect. I could not have asked for more. Marguerite is a wonderful and kind hostess and she dropped me off by the harbor to catch my ferry to Cape Clear, Again so appreciated and recommend to all. Shower was amazing ! Property is very clean and comfortable. Most of all Marguerite makes you feel very welcome and at the end of the day you can't beat that . Thank you

Everything was perfect! Marguerite is an absolutely lovely host and her place is amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anybody in the area, and I wish we could of stayed longer. First Marguerite is so friendly and accommodating. We arrived right at the end of check in (2000/8pm) due to taking country roads instead of the main ones on accident. I messaged her and she immediately responded saying it was not a problem. She gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. We've been traveling for 6 months straight and never felt more at home than at this B&B. The room is incredibly comfy, the beds have heated blankets which is lovely during the winter night. The place was nicely decorated and everything was clean. It was also very nice having an ensuite restroom. She provided towels, standard Toiletries, water, tea and coffee. Also, the seaview is an amazing add on. It was so lovely waking up and seeing the water, grazing cattle, and the natural greenery. Breakfast was outstanding, especially since its included free of charge. Everything was tasty and well cooked. I had sausages, eggs, bacon and various breads (most of which were homemade). My partner had the full Irish Breakfast, which was also delicious. There are also many other options, but definitely recommend these choices. If youre looking for a true B&B experience this is the place. Everything was perfect and if were ever back in the area this will be the first place we return to.

A great place to stay Nice view from the room towards the sea. Very good breakfast . The village of Baltimore and the coastal line are ok.
