Condo 1318 DISGUSTING UPON ARRIVAL AND KEPT GETTING WORSE!!! Dirty floors, roach-infested, broken furniture, stained couch and ottoman, sticky tv remotes, paint on bunk bed sheets, bedroom bed sheets did not stay on bed and had to be remade multiple times during the night for our two-night stay, balcony door would not close all the way, broken trim on front door so chain lock was a joke, not safe feeling at all. WORST PLACE I’VE EVER STAYED. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

I booked this prepaid thru Evolve Management. My unit was 3004. Upon arrival at Villa Del Sol the entire property and grounds were in poor condition. However the worst part was the unit 3004. Upon arrival it emitted a horrible odor when we opened the door and inside of the fridge was bad too. The air vents and ceiling fan were filthy. Back door lock was broken. We had to clean and put in air fresheners before we could stay. It was prepaid to the tune of $240.00 a night plus a cleaning fee plus and administrative fee so there was really nothing we could do. I contacted the owner and she was rude, said nothing we said was true. I then contacted Evolve management and they did nothing to correct the issue. Horrible, just horrible experience!!!!!!

I will spare you the trouble. Hoped for a pleasant beach day with family, minimal cleanliness was not maintained on outside of building. Condo was adequate and clean, not sure how safe area is based on my visit and decorum of people in complex.

We stayed in a unit (2237) rented through Airbnb. We were looking for a cheap getaway, so we knew these were not luxury condos. Our unit was clean and comfortable and as updated as it could be. Great a/c, fast WiFi for multiple devices including streaming. The location is great and close to plenty of restaurants and attractions. The actual property itself is pretty run-down, though it’s clear they are in the middle of making renovations (painters and carpenters working daily). From other reviews it seems like we were lucky that the elevator worked for our whole stay. The corridors’ concrete was cracked and patched and honestly made me a little nervous. Hopefully the renovations happening currently give this place a structural and aesthetic facelift. If you’re not into frills and want a place to stay on the cheap, this will work!
