The Hotel leans towards the Italian clientele which to be honest doesn’t bother us as we’ve been previous years and enjoyed the food but always went out and used it as a base..but can’t praise the staff enough feel like family but this year a certain pizza chef would rather talk than cook leaving the cooking station for quite a while we were in the dining room for around an hour and the same two pieces of pizza was there the whole while and never replaced until we were ready to leave ,Last year the pizza and pasta chef was amazing and we never went out for these foods as he was great

I have travelled to the corralejo village lots of times over the years and seen changes everytime. The location of the complex is perfect not too much in thw centre so you can hear any loud music but a flat walk into to centre as it is just off the main ***** and only 5mins to all bars and restaurants should you want to eat out. The rooms are clean and comfortable well decorated and maintained. The food is good and there is always something for everyone as i travel with a fussy eater. The hotel reception staff and bar staff are all really friendly and accommodating as always. But this visist was slightly different as the entertainment was mainly geared for Italian guests this year we had Lucia she is new and was really good involved everyone which can be had sometimes when youre working alone. She did great she did aqua gym mini disco cocktail games and more. Hopefully she will get a colleague to help get people involved. She is getting a well deserved mention 10 out of 10. If I can't get back before I'll be back in October next year hopefully she'll still be there.

Great holiday all round stayed in room 502 the cleaner was amazing everyday cleaned to perfection the hotel grounds are spotlessly clean including all guest toilets food was great always something lovely to eat lots of choice themed food nights Japanese lovely bbq one evening lots of meats you can’t say you can’t find something to eat there’s lots of options breakfast lunch dinner, pool area lovely the lifeguard sandy always there a pleasure bar staff keep busy never wait long for a drink yes it an Italian run hotel but I had the most fun with the Italian guest we had a great time meet some lovely Italian guest they all made a big effort and the animation team are amazing they realy go out there way to make sure you have the best time they realy do make the hotels atmosphere fabulous and make sure your having the best holiday lots of great games big thank you to Alessio and davide who always made an effort to include us with the activities so good holiday all round would I recommend this hotel for a great holiday definitely think the animation team do make the hotels atmosphere fabulous stayed 3 adults

When we first arrived the reception staff were great and very nice towards us, food we knew we was late and would be a case of its what is left which we was happy to accept due to the delay on our flight. However, our first night was disturbed by other guests being loud singing until past 1am, very inconsiderate. I had to call reception twice to ask them to keep it down as other guests are trying to sleep. No one actually went and told them as we was watching to see if someone would go down and no one did. The beds were very uncomfortable very disturbed sleep throughout the whole holiday. On our last day we was told about a bed topper by another couple but by then the damage is done, there is no signs in reception saying about bed toppers so we didnt know this was an option otherwise we would of asked for this. The air conditioning is ridiculous if you open the door to leave it turns itself off you should be able to go out and leave the air con on and come back to a cool room after being in the heat all day, not go into a hot room and wait for it to cool. Even when sitting in their if I went for a smoke it would shut off. It should stay on if the door opens and shuts or re come back on when the door shuts. The shower also leaked after every use due to the seal having holes in them these things should be sorted. Animation team throughout the day are good other than the one guy who was drinking beer with the same guest during our stay he should be working not drinking in my opinion, entertainment at night was not the best at all we ended up going out every night due to how poor it was and with kids around the rude jokes they make on private parts really isnt what you want to see. The quiz night we stayed for and that was really good but you need a better way of doing because we had our hands up and was not even being looked at or in line of sight to ve picked to answer the question. Maybe use Kahoot app to do the quizzes so its fair. The hotel is very clean can not fault the cleanliness of the hotel everything was sprayed down everyday with a jet wash which is very good. Food wise not great, not alot of option and very repetitive some of it, we was told its themed nights every night but not once did we see a sign to say what is the theme and by the repetitive options I highly doubt its themed. The food was not great to eat twice we walked in and walked straight back out due to the food being awful. Its left out under hotlights getting dry and stale and cold. The animation team break off for there lunch half hour before guests so food is sitting there ready for them then just sits there until 1pm for the rest of the guests. No lids on food either flies flying on hotdogs and chips and when the team was told they just said oh and I did not see them change the hot dogs not great at all. We ended up only eating desserts some nights and Continously going out for dinner after spending over 2k on a holiday for all inclusive. You need to get some

2nd time at this hotel and again it did not disappoint. rooms are spacious clean and cleaned regularly lovely comfy beds plenty of choice in the restaurant which is always well presented. We had a lovely evening on our 25th anniversary and were made to feel very special thank you pool area and snacks bar kept very clean lots of sun beds All the staff are brilliant happy to help always working hard to make sure your holiday is the best it was 2 years since our last visit and Sabrina ,Tariq and others staff remembered us fantastic. location is good a street off the beach and a short walk to the main ***** animation team work really hard and offer lots of day and night entertainment also there are professional singers magic shows Sonja the manager is brilliant and the hotel is a credit to her hard work I would with out doubt recommend a stay and we will definitely be back

This is a pleasant hotel that is sadly let down by the embarrassing and inappropriate (sometimes downright racist) animation team which I'll come onto later on. But to start with the positives. The room is lovely, spotlessly clean and spacious. The bed is on the firm side which some may find uncomfortable but my partner and I slept very well. Like many hotels though it was two singles pushed together instead of one double bed. Shower is great although the bathroom door doesn't fit properly - you can see everything going on inside which is weird. The air conditioning is the best I've ever had at any hotel - actually too cold at times! The pool area could do with a little TLC, with some broken tiles and a lick of paint needing fixing. Otherwise it's a pleasant environment, pool was on the cold side though. Shout out to one of the life guards constantly collecting empty cups. Pool bar was good, although it's a shame it's not self serve for beer and soft drinks like other hotels - this caused some big queues at times with only one person serving. Snack offering was disappointing. Food was okay. Really repetitive at times (stew and plain rice on offer every meal) but the puddings were nice! Really annoying that at least one coffee machine was always broken, causing queues. Sadly though, our overriding memory of this place will be the animation team. They rock up at half 10 and then it's several hours barrage of the same songs (Katy Perry guaranteed in the first half hour) and bellowing and screaming over the loudspeaker. One particular "highlight" is one guy (curly pot noodle hair) who lists the activities in "Chinese" - which consists of saying "ching chong" repeatedly. Completely unacceptable in this day and age. As others have mentioned, they are all Italian and only seem to be interested in catering to the Italian guests. They disappear for several hours in the afternoon which is sweet relief, but annoying that they don't just leave some low level music on. The evening entertainment though, deary me. The outside acts brought in are good. But one night titled "crazy variety" consisted of one of the animation team playing a recorder and screaming. It caused most people to walk out. The animation team are an utter embarrassment to this hotel. They have the aura of 10 year olds being fed Red Bull. This is a hotel of adults. And I really hope that this hotel doesn't have Chinese guests in future or else there will be some genuine complaints.
