Hotel Arena Suite

Great hotel. I had need to contact them re mobility problems and they went over and above. Staff were so helpful. Hotel layout was great for me. Smaller than hotels we usually use but food was much better than an awful lot of AI's I've been to. Great access times in restaurant and cheese burgers, hot dogs pizza, hotdogs and ice cream availbale all day at pool bar. Biggest bed I've ever seen and comfortable.Lovely big rooms. Location was a bit far out for anyone with mobility problems but under 5 minutes in a taxi to Main Street or the loveliest beach. A nice walk into town for more mobile. 5 minute walk to the Campanario shopping centre, bars and restaurants there. Only downside for us was the entertainment could be quite poor when there were not any acts on. Having said that I find that at most hotels are like this now. Only thing that stopped me giving it a 5. Unfortunately changing to adults only and half board in November. That won't stop me returning though. Great find. Please note Jet 2 brochure says 3 floors and no lifts. If I'd noticed that I wouldn't have booked at all. But on contacting the hotel they told me there's only 1 floor, which there was so don't be put off and I got a great speedy response ( within 24 hours) when e mailing the hotel myself after Jet 2 told me it could take up to 21 days.

We had 2-3 favourite staff although all were great. Hotel very clean and very nice.

Over all the hotel was pretty good apart from alex in reception who told lies when he said the bar in side was going to be finished on the 9 th of June and it wasn't the bar staff were good a d the restaurant staff

The receptionist people need to have there facts right before things as we were told a week before we went the bar salon is closed for a refurbishment but wouldn't affect our stay and be open 2 day's after we arrived, that wasn't true ,when we left it hadn't changed since we arrived hadn't even saw work men in there.The entertainment was outside, heater were provided but they were put close together not spread out by the pool bar as it was cold at night .Eventually blankets were provided after complaints

Excellent location, great food, lovely clean and spacious rooms

Tutto bello tranne il cibo, io da italiana ho mangiato malino. La distanza del hotel dal mare e paese era abbastanza lontano. La piscina molto bella ma l'acqua secondo me doveva essere più risccaldata. Le dune molto belle come la spiaggia delle dune.
