Personale competente e cortese. Le receptionist Ioana e Alessia ci hanno accolto e aiutato con varie e valide informazioni turistiche. Struttura comoda al centro del paese, struttura pulita e curata. Camera ampia e confortevole. Ottima colazione e cena fatte al ristorante La Luna convenzionata per la mezza pensione. Tutto il personale molto cortese e cibo ottimo e abbondante

Was a short stay - 2 days,2 nights, but didn't clean the room or bring towels.

Lovely holiday supported by a good hotel base. Our room was modern and clean but very basic. This was not a problem though. We were self catering and had just what we needed to make basic meals such as pan fried and boiled foods. The pool are was lovely, also modern and very clean. The whole complex was kept clean daily, couldn’t fault the staff at all. We made the mistake of only eating at the Luna Restaurant attached too the premises on our last day. The food quality in the Luna is really impressive and reasonably priced. If you fancy a proper burger this is your place!!! Aberdeen Angus burger cooked from rare to well done depending on yourself. Beautiful!!! The hotel is literally around the corner from all the action too. About a five minute walk. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Siamo stati 1 settimana in questa struttura un po' datata con necessità di interventi esterni. L'appartamento era gradevole, con arredi semplici e moderni. La posizione è buona per la vicinanza al centro del paese con negozi e ristoranti, la zona del residence è un po' vecchia e trasandata. Un aspetto negativo è stato quello di dover pagare Euro 2,50 al giorno a persona per consumi aqua e luce dell'appartamento e nessuna pulizia se non col pagamenti di 15 euro, questo applicato solo ai soci RCI. Non mi è m,ai capitato in tutti i viaggi fatti. Per il resto l'isola è piacevole, belle le spiagge e l'acqua, ma abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di trovare una settimana di vento forte.

Great quality and worth what you pay. I have stayed in many 4/5 star hotels and all inclusive resorts but did budget this time. The apartment was lovely and clean and there is a lovely pool. We had a pool view apartment, terrace was a little small but ok. The pool area was extremely quiet, which didn’t suit me with young children. When I got in the pool with my 4 year old, everyone on sun beds were fixated on us and I found myself whispering, it was quite bizarre. Luckily, we didn’t spend much time there as we had family in a villa just off the *****. Location is good, just 7 min walk to music square. Lovely kitchenette but not very well equipped and no oven. The hotel attached is nice, you get 10% discount for staying at Dunas but just watch your bank if paying by card. One member of staff asked me to use my card again stating it hadn’t worked but I saw it had as my phone notified me. She then waited and said ‘oh yes it has’, May have been a genuine mistake but it felt a little suspicious. Good: Clean, nice apartment Small kitchenette Lovely pool Good location Good for the price/value for money Bad: Too quiet for some (may not be the best for lively young families/children). Not much in the kitchen and no oven (I had to buy a wine glass from the supermarket). Overall, I would definitely return due to the price and ideal location.
