Fabulous hotel!!! We travelled as a family group of 10, across 5 rooms, age range 14- 75 All rooms were spacious, spotless and very well equipped, full size fridge freezer, cooker, TV with a few english channels, air conditioning worked great, decent hairdryer in bathroom, bath towels and showergel were provided. Would recommend asking for a bathmat as the bath was quite slippy, but they provide them free of charge and they were delivered to our rooms in less than 30 minutes from being requested! Sofa/ sofa bed was not the comfiest thing I have ever slept or sat on, but the actual beds are great and massive. The wardrobe provides loads of space for 2/ 3 people. The pools and all surrounding areas of the hotel were spotless, and cleaned and maintained regularly. The pools are salt water and were quite cold but once your in, it was fine. The splash pool is a lovely place for kiddies and grown ups that just want a paddle too, the tipping bucket was great fun for all of us. The food and drinks were amazing, fresh, plentiful and a great variety. We had a few fussy eaters amongst us but they found something at every meal. The burgers and hotdogs at the snack bar were really tasty. The staff are brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple of maintenance issues with the shower head and bedroom/ main door locks that were sorted within 20 minutes of being reported!! Fantastic service. Beach towels are available for hire and they are decent towels for just a 10 euro deposit returned when you take them back. You can also change them for clean ones whenever you like for no extra cost. The main town is a good 25 minute walk, its mostly a flat route and quicker if you take the road behind the El Campanario centre, which is 10 minutes on foot from the hotel. If you don't want to walk into town its only 5 euro in a cab, which makes it a lovely location for relaxing with the option of the town for a more lively atmosphere if you want it. There isn't much in the way of lively restaurants/ pubs / cafes etc around the hotel itself, but the sports bar near the El Campanario centre was great for watching all the sport you could want and Flintstones bar is 5 minutes away for karaoke and a good quiz night. The hotel has a laundry room with 1 big washer and 1 big dryer, so perfect for a quick wash through of any items, its not great for a full clean but does the job if you need a quick freshen up of clothing and its only 4 euros for each machine. The little shop on site is fantastic and sells everything you need and more. It is not expensive. Big bottle of water 1 euro, Milk 1.60 euro. They also have english brand teabags, soap powder, pool floats, small souvenirs etc, its a great little shop. The market at El Campanario on Sundays and Tuesday was really good and the shops there are great too, there is a lovely little cafe inside that made us a beautiful toastie for just 2 euros!! Acua water park is about a 30 minute walk or 6/7 euro in a cab and

This hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star! The food was better than we expected and it was rare that we couldn’t find something we wanted to eat. The main pool is lovely but very cold to get in to, fine once in though, we never went to the smaller pool. We never had any issue getting sunbeds, perhaps it was because it was coming to the end of school holiday time, but there were 5 of us and it was never an issue. We had an interconnecting apartment which was plenty of room, rooms are clean, cleaners come in 5 days a week, towels are changed if you leave them in the bath, and I think the sheets were changed once. It’s an easy walk in to the town or the beach, we did it a few times but tended to get a taxi back if we were there for the evening. My son used the scooters a few times that you can get from outside the Campanario. We really liked Corralejo as a whole, just the right amount of buzz without it being in your face. We also booked 2 trips through the hotel, sand dune buggy trip for my husband and son, which was apparently brilliant, and we all did a glass bottom boat mini cruise with snorkelling which was also fun. Overall I would be happy to return to this hotel.

The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. A special thanks to Aurora, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Her professionalism and friendly approach truly made the difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I came with my mum for a holiday we had a lovely time. Food was great, pool was lovely, 90% of the staff were friendly and helpful. All inclusive was good, limited on cocktails so we did pay to have some of the others as they weren’t very expensive. Entertainment was ok, Michael on Friday night came and done a reggae evening and was incredible! Now for the negatives, the rooms don’t get cleaned everyday. We were left for four days before our bin in the bathroom was emptied. The sheets get changed once. Towels get changed twice- although we had to ask for this. We have a late flight out, and asked about late check out we were told come Back the morning of the departure, to be told no we don’t have it, you can book a shower but there’s only one slot left at 5.30. I have never been to a hotel where you can’t get late check out. Don’t get me wrong, we had a great holiday there was just a couple of things I think the hotel could do better.

Much more than a 3* hotel! Excellent stay, hotel is very clean and well looked after, restaurant probably the best AI selection I’ve had - does get repetitive but that’s the nature of AI. Excellent pools, friendly staff, cleaning staff are angels. Onsite shop is brilliant and very well priced. No sunbed wars, yes you can get a good choice if you are an early riser but no problems getting one or two all day long. Hotel felt very safe, due to the layout of the hotel it’s private and secure, 10-20 minute walk to the main ***** and beaches. Plenty of shops and bars nearby. Would highly recommend.
