Barceló Corralejo Sands

Hemos estado 4 días el hotel está muy me ha llamado mucho la atención que el almuerzo es a la carta con poca variedad y otro aspecto es sobre los espectaculos todos dedicados a los extranjeros todo en ingles los españoles que nos hospedamos y pagamos igual tenemos derecho a un entretenimiento deberían tomar en cuenta ese detalle por lo demás la limpieza y trato fenomenal

Escapada en familia inmejorable. La ubicación en el corazón de Corralejo, personal súper amable, gastronomía estupenda con cenas temáticas cada noche, limpieza general impecable... No ha habido ni un solo pero. Solo nos cabe felicitar y agradecer a todo el equipo, deseando regresar muy pronto.

On reflection I would definitely recommend this hotel. On arrival our check in was smooth. Our rooms were situated facing the pool so we were very pleased. The rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable beds. Nice shower etc. Initially we thought the air conditioning wasn’t cool enough at 22deg however, it was more than adequate during our stay. Considering it was a bit of a heatwave! The hotel is very relaxed. Very clean and modern. Well maintained. We struggled to get sunbeds around the pool, if we’d had a late breakfast. As you have to be ready for sunbed wars at 9am. Not convinced that there’s enough beds to accommodate the amount of people staying. But some days where we couldn’t get any beds or only one or two we ventured to the beach etc. or sat on the balcony. So not entirely ruined. Later in the day the beds do become more available which was fine as we like the end of day sun, The food in our opinion was very good. We loved the breakfast here. Fresh, lots of choice fruits and hot and cold selections. Nice coffee. Evening meals were very good. We loved the different themes each night. Fresh and good quality. The hotel was situated perfectly, close enough to the shops , restaurants, and local beaches etc but slightly away from the main *****. Staff are very friendly and welcoming at this hotel. All in all a great stay!

Just returned from the hotel as All Inclusive family. Location- very good. One of the reasons we picked the hotel because of the location. Bedrooms were lovely with lots of space in the suites. Cleaners do a fabulous job and cannot fault them. Our suite had sunshine all day on the balcony which was handy given sunbed issues. All inclusive - breakfast was good. Al a carte lunch food was also really good. There didn’t seem to be enough staff as service was slow, or alternatively you can get the drinks and menus yourself which is quicker. Evening meal - poor. We ate twice and to be fair, really not worth paying for AI or HB. Drinks were good. Didn’t stay in for any entertainment so no idea. Water available at the cart in reception in the evening as you only receive one bottle in the room on arrival. Never experienced this before on AI, and water normally replenished in the fridge. No milk supplied for white coffee options in room. Mine went off within 24 hours of purchase at supermarket. So not sure if fridge cold enough. Sunbeds. Open at 9am, gone by 9.05am. Hotel busy and not enough for all guests. Removing towels - witnessed this once. Even speaking to staff they say people could be eating or in the pool. 2 hours later still no movement on the sunbed. It’s not great when you spend a lot of money and want to be able to use the sunbeds and pool. Also a bit messy around the pool, glasses rolling around everywhere and don’t seem to be collected. Son loved the water polo and gentleman who undertakes these activities was a really pleasant man. Would always acknowledge if he sees you down the street. Evening bar staff also really pleasant.

We both had the holiday of a lifetime at this amazing hotel. The hotel is spotless and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were so friendly and welcoming. Day and night entertainment was very good and the food was amazing, plenty of variety to meet everyone’s taste. Rooms spotless and overall facilities were outstanding. Book now, you won’t be disappointed

The hotel is nice and new and the suites wre spacious with good amenities. Theres a mini fridge witb water and tea and coffee facilities. the bedrooms large with a chair and a huge 65 in flat screen. Only 2 english channels but u can take a fire stick if u have one. We went half board and food is gery good plentiful even if u are a fussy eater. The AI in my view was not worth the money as its cheap to wat and drink out 2.5 € for a beer €15 fir a meal. The entertainment was ok but go out most nights. Beds see are big and comfy. Pool is spacious and sun beds are always available and we saw no loungers being grabbed first thing it was all quite civilised. Air con is average but the hotel itself is on a back rd literally 2 min walk to the lively ***** in corralejo. Taxi from airport is €57. Overall a lovely hotel in a lovely resort. We will definitely come back. Good value ror money with staff who can speak english well. Hotel is immaculate throughout and staff are friendly and helpful.
