Private: property 700 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. 200 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Carport. Shop 6 km, supermarket 9 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Lugano" 25 km, grass beach "Porlezza" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Piano, Lago di Como. 4-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining nook, satellite TV, international TV channels and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden. No heating, fireplace whose vent doesn't work. Dangerous, very narrow driveway (only one car width) with no alternatives and sufficient rockfall protection. About 20 minutes away from the shops. Was handed over in an insufficiently cleaned condition. Bedr

The roads up to the house are almost inaccessible with a 9 person minibus. Dangerous to keep going back down the same way for juices and groceries and then back up. The house was too small for six people. the description said 120 square meters but there w
