Nature Hotel Delta

Ottima accoglienza, albergo vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita, ottima cucina e area relax! Il personale è molto professionale e cortese!

The view is amazing; you are surrounded by mountains. There are easy walking/hiking trails including one to a little waterfall starting just outside the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was superb with many choices. There is a small restaurant on site where we at our evening meal, with choice of several regional specialties that we tried. Small vases of local wildflowers were on the table. I would come again in a heartbeat. It was awesome. The hotel is family owned and everything is pleasant and with love. I was in Europe for a conference, and this was a side trip with my daughter because we both had always wanted to see the Dolomite mountains in northern Italy. This was the perfect place for us. I can walk but have some mobility limitations - the receptionist gave us a map of trails and showed me where the easiest route would be; you can also enjoy the mountains from your deck.

My husband and I arrived on December 16 after a 12 hour journey. We are 73 and 76, so we were a bit tired. The greeting was perfunctory to say the least. Everything was in shut down including the bar and we were desperate for a cuppa. So we made one in our room but there was no milk. I went to reception and was given some milk in a glass, the receptionist seemed bemused why we needed milk but we were given some in a glas, no jug available. At 7 pm we went to the bar for a pre dinner drink The young man serving us was lovely . However he was very quickly being told off very firmly by the man who runs the dining room , It appears he shouldn't have been serving us but should have been serving in the dining room He did leave and so the bar was unattended! The man who runs the dining room continued to be very grumpy and unfriendly when was sat down to dinner ! My husband enjoyed the food and his meat and fish courses looked lovely Unfortunately it was a different story for me. On the first night I thought I would be OK as the salad buffet was really nice, but the following 3 nights the same leftover salads and cold griddled vegetables were presented. What hAd been a crispy shredded lettuce and seed salad became a tasteless soggy offering by the third night as were the cold griddled veg with congealed cheese on them. The non vegetarians were given new snack meat and fish offerings. Sadly the Mail vegetarian courses I found inedible Gnocchi which was served as too large soggy dumplings( half of my family are Italian, I know what Gnocchi should look and taste like) worst of all a so called vegetable casserole which was a thick soup like group with no recognisable veg in it with boiled rice and grains in the middle. I looked around the room and other people were not eating this nor did they eat the slab of tasteless aubergine with a smear of tomato sauce on top. I could go on ! Unfortunately on the third day I had a recurrence of some symptoms I had following cancer treatment and we decided to cut short our visit by 4 days Had this been a friendlier place with decent food I may have been able to continue our stay but I was not able to eat the food and I was spooked by the lack of Service . This is supposed to be a family run hotel but I don't know who they are.! We have been Skiing for 40 years and I have never leafy a bad review This place is impersonal and uncaring My husband explained my health issue to them and they couldn't care less and when we left we didn't even get a Have a good journey. We hadn't complained or asked for anything. Two years ago we stayed in Ortisei at the Hotel Angelo Engel which was amazing If travelling to the dolomites I recommend you go there. As for me I will be back to Lech in Austria next year They are so welcoming there.

Ottima struttura e personale attento ai clienti. Posizione strategica vicina a tutti i trasporti.

Bell'hotel, completamente ristrutturato. La nostra camera era una Deluxe, molto ampia, con un bel terrazzo con vista sulle montagne. Una pecca la posizione del televisore, scomodo da guardare sia dal letto, perché posizionato sulla parete laterale, sia dal divano, perché c'è una colonna davanti, che non ne permette la giusta visione. Pochi i canali disponibili. Cuscini molto comodi, ma non altrettanto il materasso, che è piuttosto basso e non c'è un topper che ne aumenti lo spessore. Carina la SPA, con due saune e un bagno turco, e con una zona relax in cui poter bere delle tisane disponibili gratuitamente. Peccato che non ci sia la piscina o una vasca idromassaggio. Buona la cucina, con un buffet abbastanza vario. Il personale è molto cordiale, ma una menzione speciale va al maître, che gestisce molto bene la sala ed è di una gentilezza squisita. La posizione è fuori dal centro, ma c'è la fermata del bus a poca distanza. Ci è stata data la Guess Card, che permette di usufruire dei trasporti pubblici gratuitamente. Con qualche piccola miglioria, anche in base ai suggerimenti, avrebbe solo pregi.

Struttura meravigliosa, con vista panoramica sul paese di Colfosco e circondata dalle vette dolomitiche con il Sassongher che domina su tutte. La camera è pulitissima e confortevole, i cibo eccellente ed il personale molto qualificato. Purtroppo la mia vacanza si è interrotta anticipatamente rispetto alla scadenza ma sicuramente ci tornerò perché sono stata benissimo. Grazie a tutto lo staff per la cortesia dimostratami.
