Mareverde

Nous avons passés 10 jours à 4 dans cette appartement, Bien agencé, 1 belle grande chambre et une petite, salle de bain en bon état, cuisine fonctionnel . Belle terrasse directement à la piscine avec le soleil tout le temps . Quelques petits travaux à envisager (Murs abimés dans la cuisine et sur la terrasse). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette appartement et nous remercions aussi Diana qui nous à permis de rester jusque 15h car notre avion était à 17h. Nous reviendrons certainement.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, linen good and towels. the apartment was done out to a very high standard. Great outdoor space, lovely and peaceful. Elena met us with the keys, very friendly. No steps as you could get out of the apartment block at the back, just down a small ramp leading to the road. The Italian just outside the gate, best pizzas I have ever tasted lots of choice. The breakfast on the site bar was very good and also the beers when you get back on an afternoon.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in un appartamento di questo complesso di proprietà di Nicola ci siamo trovati molto bene Il propietario molto gentile e disponibile ci ha aspettato. Eravamo in ritardo perché nn era arrivata la valigia L appartamento pulito e con tutto quello che serve La posizione è molto buona perchè nn è lontano dal centro e dal mare.Minimarket ovunque, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze

Just spent Christmas and new year on the Mareverde, and yet again we had a superb stay All pools have been refurbished and retitled , new owners in poolbar with new menus There’s nothing not to like Best Indian restaurant on the island right across the road , fantastic Chinese a little further along Great English pub right across the road And hundreds of local Spanish bars and restaurants very near by Would highly recommend this place

We stayed 11 nights in a privately owned apartment on Phase I of the development .The development has over 200 apartments, some privately owned and some managed by the developers. It is conveniently located for supermarkets, bars and local restaurants.(Mercadona 10 minutes walk and other, smaller minimarkets just across the road). The main beach is a ten minute walk away down a pretty steep hill, so save some energy for the walk back. Local restaurants serve a good variety of local and international food. Bars are relatively inexpensive - depending on the location. As usual the local minimarkets are most expensive, but convenient. The complex was quiet when we stayed there, especially at night The apartment complex is very shabby in places and the management seem to have adopted a ‘make do and mend’ approach. Example, block paviour pavements have been patched with stones and cement. Lots of pieces of render missing on the corners of walls. Those that have been patched have been painted in paint that doesn't match the original. Generally makes the place look a bit tired and run down. The pools. When we stayed approximately half of the pools were closed, drained and roped off. (See photos). The bar in the lower part looked permanently closed and emptied of fixtures. We never saw anyone working on them, so this seems a long-term thing. GUESTS SHOULD BE ADVISED OF THIS. Our apartment was privately owned, and let through an agent. They didn't inform us of this. The end reesult was a lack of sunbed space and the leaving of towels on sunbeds reared it's ugly head. As a result we didn't use the pools. All in all, we would return to Costa Adeje, but not to this apartment complex.

The complex is in a good position for restaurants and shopping, however it is definitely showing its age Because the apartments are privately owned, the residents can make improvements or not,some looked very rundown, also a lot have dogs,not what you want on a holiday, underneath us are 3 which are not taken for walks so use the garden as a toilet Don't hire a place at the back, it will be dark and the view is a disused tip which is now a dog walking area The pool areas are nice but a lot of the beds are broken, people do the age old thing and reserve beds and then go out for the day but there is no one to manage this or to report it to
