Excellent cant fault the place. Brilliant location and great facilities. Not many places you can go and get poolside entertainment during the day..👏👏

Me veo obligada a poner mi experiencia para que nadie más le pase el hotel está lleno de cucarachas gigantes que se pasan dentro de las habitaciones y salen dentro del baño es algo asqueroso los trabajadores como la directora excepcionales pero no nos pueden dar soluciones porque dicen que es un problema que tiene la isla.... Tenía que poner toallas en la puerta de la habitación para que no pasaran las cucarachas y aún así pasaban más de tres noches sin dormir hasta que dejé el hotel y me fui a otro ,Ojalá este problema se solucione porque está en muy buena zona los trabajadores buenos amables simpáticos espero que se solicione

Just back from a great week staying at Sol Sun Beach. The complex is in a super location with the beach, shops, bars, restaurants all on your doorstep! Stayed in an Xtra Sol Suite. The apartment was bright, modern and had a fantastic sea view. The cleaning staff were excellent, room cleaned and fresh towels provided every day. The breakfast was really good with a great variety of food on offer something to suit everyone! Lovely pool as well with plenty of sun loungers! Would highly recommend Sol Sun Beach and definitely hope to return shortly 😎

I was very disappointed with Sol Sun Beach Apartments. The only real positives were the location and the pool area, which were both lovely. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. Breakfast was mediocre, and despite the pool being well maintained, there was no entertainment or atmosphere provided. What really stood out, though, was the poor service. Staff seemed disinterested and unapproachable — we often felt like a burden when ordering food or drinks. Neither my partner nor I received a single “hello” or “thank you” from bar or cleaning staff during our entire stay. It felt like there was zero hospitality or warmth in the place. To make matters worse, there was ongoing work in the room next door for most of the day, and we were woken up at 8am on several mornings with absolutely no prior warning. At night, getting rest was just as difficult — the rooms had zero soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and constant noise from the busy street outside. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind noise or lack of atmosphere, the location is excellent. But if you’re hoping to relax and enjoy the resort itself, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. The staff would really benefit from customer service training, and the hotel should be more transparent about ongoing work and its facilities.

Just returned from 10 days at Sol Sun Beach Apartments and have to say we had a great holiday. The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by shops bars and restaurants. Lovely hotel with big apartment kept spotlessly clean by the friendly, hard-working cleaners, along with all staff who made us most welcome - big shout out to Anna on reception who helped us out tremendously -) We stayed on a Bed and Breakfast basis and very tasty, well cooked food everyday. The pool is big as are the surrounding sun terraces - just loads of space to relax with great views over the sea with more than ample amount of sunbeds. Most definitely be returning and already recommended to many of our friends and family! Pete Doherty & Lynda Walters
