I have been going in Laguna 1. For lots of years. Francesca On reception. & also small girl in afteroon. Absolutely went above & beyond to help me. Very appreciated. Rooms are lovely & refurbished. Just need a small table at side of bed For clock etc Beds around pool are very uncomfortable. Dig in your back. Need new ones. Especially as I paid £100 per night , unfortunately the food could do with more variety not enough of vegetables. & chicken two nights as I was half board Not enough potatoes sick of chips. But overall I do like this accommodation.

Jet2 should not be using this hotel. Just returned back from a nightmare week with our young children. Not a family hotel. Saw lots of stag dos and many 18-30 adults swearing jumping in the pool at night ( some with their children ). Food terrible. Small children’s pool out of action. Jet2 didn’t mention this when booking. While leaving today building work started on the small children’s pool. Very noisy drilling and dust everywhere. Why they started on half term we will never know. Jet2 shiuld have told us about this. Our children can’t swim and we booked this hotel due to the small pool. In the main pool there is only a small section for children rest of the pool is 2 metres then 250 metres deep. It wouldn’t surprise me if jet2 pull out of using this hotel like they did with Laguna park 2. Reception staff didn’t seem interested. Will not be returning.

The hotels staff are what make the hotel, the bar staff are so friendly and kind and the entertainment guy gizka (possibly not how it’s spelled) amazing! They all deserve a pay rise as they made our stay! The food is good as far as all inclusive hotels go, breakfast is probably the best meal. The rooms are clean and modern inside and the cleaners are lovely working tirelessly each day in and around the hotel. The position is so central to everything, we will definitely be back! The only downside was the planned entertainment didn’t show up 3 times so we missed the snake showboat and had only the one entertainer 3 times! Can’t complain too much as this wasn’t the hotels fault and the staff did their best to apologise and to keep us entertained!

This place is outdated, wooden single glazed glass windows and patio doors same, lets in every noise going. Says family friendly in jet2 listing but actually its more club 18-30, In my view it can't be both at the same time. our 14 night stay saw 8 stag/hen parties (21 people in 1 particular party) with drunken people falling off chairs and still served more alcohol! loud and Leary, I'll say no more on that! place is very clean including pool area. food is mediocre at best, limited choice, maybe 3 or 4 mains per sitting, Luke warm and repetitive. breakfast is ok, usual fry-up affair and porridge available each day (really)? couple of cereal choices available, No specific kiddies food at any buffet, chicken nuggets available on request- cooked to order. kids pizza available on request but you have to PAY EXTRA. Not what I call all inclusive! Our granddaughter's a wheelchair user with and we had no real issues although complex is built on inclines. Only 1 toilet facility (accessed only by steps) serves the entertainment lounge the reception and the pool area and that's it, otherwise its back to your room. On site supermarket well stocked, bit pricey but other shops really close by. could be a great place if upgraded and its identity defined.

Well what can be said about Laguna Park 1. Quite a lot it would seem. When you are on the 4th floor you don't expect your balcony to flood!! Neither do you expect your feet to be filthy within 5 minutes of walking into your apartment for the next week. Pay your money and take your chances with this place. The childrens pool was closed off however after having the work carried out on it while we were there I should imagine it is now lovely for the summer. Do not walk around barefoot because if the cracked and broken tiles don't get you, you may feel the crunch of a cockroach or two. Entertainment - if you like bingo and quiz's go for it however you may turn up but that does not guarantee the entertainer will! If you choose to go all inclusive, my recommendation would be eat out.

My partner and I had high hopes for our first holiday together, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite a disappointment. We understood that a three-star hotel might have some limitations, but even those expectations weren’t met. Opting for the all-inclusive package was a mistake—we wouldn’t recommend it. Dinner consisted of a single main course option, leaving us with no choice but to eat out every day. This unexpected expense meant we had to be far more cautious with our budget than we had planned. We were looking forward to relaxing by the pool with drinks, but the selection for all-inclusive was extremely limited—just beer, rum, and a couple of spirits. While restricted drink options are common in some places, this hotel only offered one cocktail per day, which was left out in the sun all day long. All-inclusive service ended at 10:30 pm, and soft drinks were only available at select times. With these limitations, we barely spent any time at the hotel, which was disappointing. The location, however, was good, with plenty of activities to enjoy nearby. Entertainment was non-existent, with guests left to sit in a hot, empty room where music played from the bar—far from an engaging atmosphere. After a long journey, we were eager to freshen up, but upon turning on the shower, brown water gushed from the showerhead and bathroom tap. The hotel did offer us a room change as an apology, though the manager’s attitude made the experience uncomfortable, as they seemed unhappy about the situation. The rooms were clean upon arrival, though I can’t personally speak to how well they were maintained throughout a stay, as I prefer not to have housekeeping enter. However, I did notice that the cleaners worked diligently throughout the day, and rooms were cleaned every two days, which seemed reasonable. Security was present at all times, which was reassuring, and access was strictly limited to keycard holders. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. All-inclusive felt like a waste of money, and the overall stay left much to be desired. Quite disappointing.

Room was modern and nice. Food was poor and all inclusive drinks not great. Hotel and pool area very tatty and worn. Looks like they were trying to improve things. Was advertised as Wi-Fi but only available in the reception area. You will have to purchase extra roaming data. Not many families, loads of groups served a purpose but we ate out all the time. Food not good

The room was clean but basic. No aircon but we knew that before booking as we’ve stayed there before about 5 years ago although they do provide fans which work quite well to keep it a bit cooler of a night. The rest of the hotel is a dirty mess and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned since our last visit. All the plaster is falling off the brick work around the complex and the paint is peeling throughout. The towels provided smell vile when they get wet and need replacing as they a generally threadbare. The kids pool is being renovated at the moment so it’s really got that building site feel to the place with hammering and bashing mixed with the odd metal cutting. The icing on the cake is the smoke detector on the ceiling in the bedrooms. It’s like a strobe light blinking every couple of seconds and had to sleep with my eyes covered as my eyelids just weren’t cutting it so we’ve been knackered the whole time. Would we stay there again. Hard Pass.

Poor quality food. Entertainment appalling. Dull entertainment room with no air con room looks like a cellar. All inclusive ends at 10.30pm. Kids pool closed for 5 days of our holiday with no explanation not ideal with a 2yr old. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Very disappointed family of 9.
