This hotel is filthy full of drunken people smoking ******** and vomiting in the corridors Cheap it maybe however I guess you get what you pay for I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me l left two days into a five day stay

Ill never truly understand some of the reviews i read on here. The 'no tv, no wifi, too steep hills' kind of reviews. What do these people actually want? For anyone that comes here and stays 1 night before leaving or cries to hard at the few cracked tiles, really need to give their heads a good hard shake. Laguna 2 is literally one of the oldest hotels in this area. To say its been here such a long time, it is still impeccable and an absolute great base for any holiday maker. Myself, partner and 2 kids aged 15 and 8 arrived on the 6th. We arrived around 1000 and knowing in advance, like anyone with half a brain knows, that you cant check in until later. 1600 was the check in time and we have no issue with this. We were greeted on reception by an excellent lady, very polite and warming and welcoming. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had and having used Laguna many times before she was a welcome sight. Laguna are clearly working hard to make a better reputation for themselves and accept it has had bad reviews in the past but she was excellent. We had asked for a beach view prior to coming and asked for a room we had previously used. This was N10 and is a great base for any family. We always go self catering as know from speaking to others the all inclusive is not the best but cant complain at self catering. We spent the first few hours by the pool after leaving our luggage secure and then headed up around 1530 and our room was ready. The room was spotless as always and set up for us. Lots of room and a safe to use which was simple to sort. Clean and tidy and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Beds are slightly on the hard side but i like them this way. Kitchen is stocked well with plates and bowls and cutlery nothing else needed as we ate out every night. Microwave and toaster if needed. Electric hob but no oven if this was required by anyone then a fridge and small freezer section. Now the TV doesnt have a remote but honestly who needs to watch the TV. You can get it on by pressing the button on the top and holding it to change channels. Quite simple if you have half a brain. Who wants to watch Spanish TV anyone, always baffles me. Room is spot on all in all and the cleaners came every other day (we stayed 10 days). Ignore the people saying they come once as is an absolute lie. Ill never understand people who make stuff up on a review. Pool area absolute spot on. Yes a few tiles are cracked but there are at least 50,000 tiles around the pool. Tiles will crack people, accept it. A gent was literally replacing tiles for the 10 days we were there!! chipping out and changing all day long. What a job that never ends! Pool was cold but only for a second once you jumped in. Very very quiet around the pool, probably only 20 people some days but perfect for us. Kids love it and no bigger pool in Tenerife i can guarantee you that! Football courts and tennis courts to use if required and are what you would expect. Pool bar but never us

Very fun time going to the pool with my friends and getting tan. I really liked the service and the people were very nice. I even got a lot of great food and the lady at reception was very nice. I will definitely recommend this place to someone traveling here

Stayed at this hotel for 10 days staff are very helpful also retrieving my cellphone🙏entertainment at night was great and hotel is beautiful with very nice views will be back again very soon hotel room always kept up to date with cleaning had a overall amazing time here

Laguna park staff was amazing, Airam was helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic but clean. Have all you need for self catering. It’s my 6th time here and have rebooked for Christmas! The pool area is beautiful with an amazing view and plenty of sunbeds. Thank you for much again for a lovely stay.

Un hotel increible con vistas increibles. Todo el personal super simpatico, sobretodo Airam el recepcionista nos ayudo siempre en todo. La ubicacion del hotel es ideal, muy buena conexion con ek transporte publico. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias.
