Wow… what can I say! Amazing hotel, welcoming in abundance, service excellent and you leave having made friends for life. I have stayed here for numerous times and it only gets better. Already booked for Xmas 2025 and May 2026. Please look out for Ruben and Santana in the restaurant. The best accolade and the next manager in the making I’m assure for Princess Hotels is Jeffrey. On reception is Christian an always obliging host and warm welcome. This hotel is outstanding, clean, attentive and a truly amazing place to stay. Thank you Bahia Indpire x ❤️

I'm currently sat around one of the three pool areas whilst I write this review: Hotel - the hotel itself is lovely. Very clean with several bars to drink from, and has a really nice relaxed vibe too it. I think it helps that it's adults only, and you don't have to listen to children running around screaming their heads off. The fact that everything is done on your wristband too is very convenient. This doubles up as a key for your room and a way to pay for things around the hotel. We've found this very handy. Staff - most we've interacted with are friendly and more than happy to help. The reception staff are great and extremely welcoming. Food - the food at the buffet for dinner is fine, but sometimes not hot enough. The breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of selection. You also get a one off dinner in The One restaurant if you're half board (unsure if it's the same for all inclusive) but we found this a bit disappointing to say it's supposed to be 'fancy'. So we ate half and left the rest. Cleanliness - we've found this to bit a bit hit and miss if we're honest. The cleaning staff are very pleasant, but they do come early. So make sure to put your 'do not disturb' sign on if you're not an early riser like us. Our bathroom doesn't look like it's been cleaned since we've been here (and we've got three days to go) due to build up of hairs ect, and there's a strong smell coming up from the drains. So make sure you close the bathroom door if you're in the room. We had a blocked sink on arrival, but they were very fast at sorting it out when we reported it. So I've got no complaints there. Pools - there's a heated pool and two cold (I think salt water pools) and these are very clean. The fact that you also book sunbeds through an app is a great idea. As it stops the mad rush for a sunbed at the crack of dawn. The app is a great addition and is very useful. Gym - my husband used this and said it was very well equipped and very clean. Location - it's in a very good location. Surrounded by plenty of places to eat. The Pantry across the road is very reasonable and the staff are great. I cannot comment on any other as we didn't spend much time eating and drinking out of the grounds. There's also a placed called 'Spanish Style' that's like a cash and carry that's across the road. Next to the HyperDino. It's miles cheaper and would highly recommend it for stocking up on snacks, beers and water. There's also a Mercadona supermarket 10 minutes up the road. I highly recommend that over using the local 'supermarkets'. As these will be a much higher price just for the convenience. Overall we've found this hotel to be great (even if it does have minor flaws) but I suppose nowhere is perfect. I would definitely recommend if you're after a trip where you can just relax and soak up the rays. We would probably give it an 8/10 🏖️❤️

We have just come back from a week's holiday from here. We came here 18 months ago and we had an amazing time and it was the same again this time around. Checking in was quick and easy and the lady on reception was helpful and pleasant. Your wrist bands are your key to the room and your payment method which they scan every time you order food and drink. We had upgraded to the Escencia over looking the pool with a partial sea view from the sixth floor. The room was spacious ,clean with nice decor ,the bed was comfortable and the rain shower was big and lovely to use. With the upgrade you get a pillow menu which we used to get a memory foam pillow which is worth getting. Your pool towels come as standard at this hotel which are in the bathroom.The cleaners came in everyday doing a good job. We love sitting around the 1999 bar the staff are friendly and work hard and you just sit and they will take your order and bring your drinks, the service there is really good and the cocktails are freshly made, we sunk way to many mojitos and pina coladas . We had dinner in the main restaurant on the first night which was a Sunday roast dinner and was very nice. As we had upgraded we ate in the One restaurant for breakfast and dinner which is just classy and makes it that bit more special and again all the staff are very friendly and hard working and do their best for everyone there. All the food we had there was amazing and so much choice. The sunbeds and the One restaurant you booked on the app which makes everything so much simpler and better it is a great system. The sunbeds on the terrace had padding on for a bit more comfort and a short distance to the bar which again had plenty of choice to choose bar food if you didn't want to go down to the main restaurant for lunch. We only went to the main restaurant for lunch a couple of times, I love that the plates are kept hot not luke warm but hot which obviously keeps your food hot . You get so much choice from the buffet and can even order of an extensive menu ,we had the club sandwich which is huge and freshly made and delicious, and again the service is excellent. The entertainment was held in the Lions club which is a bit odd as when we came in the winter it was outside by the pool which is much better and in the summer it's inside and it does get a bit hot in there and they lit up the outside of the hotel in the winter which is stunning but didn't this time which again was a bit dissapointing. The entertainment was quite good really like The Beatles and our favourite was Gotra.The service and the staff though in the Lions club were again just so friendly and hard working. We just love everything about this hotel it is a proper 4star hotel we have stayed at the Iberostar, Aluasoul and the Melia and it is far better than all of them. The food and drinks are amazing and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome especially Reuben,Gloria, Norberto and Jose with the white beard. I am sure by m
