I would never stay here again a good 25 min walk to main bars and restaurants and mostly up a steep hill the place itself is OK the rooms are big but dated smallish pool and not a large amount of sunbeds but it was mainly the walk but taxis were only 6 euro

Check in was quick and easy but had to put 100 euros down as room deposit on arrival. Two bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, beds and towels changed every day. The one negative which was a big one in the summer is no air con. Pool was great and usually beds available. pool bar well stocked and reasonable. Hotel location was a little challenging at the top of steep hill, we usually walked down to Adeje itself, and then got a local cab back which was only 5 euros. Uber is expensive there for short journeys. Cheap holiday so worked out ok, just need to consider the lack of aircon.

From the start staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The manager offered to post my postcards on his way home which was extremely kind . We had a two bedroom apartment which is extremely spacious, well equipped and extremely clean the house keepers come everyday. The family pool area is lovely with plenty of sun loungers and there is also an adults pool with stunning views out to sea. There is a pool bar where prices are extremely reasonable and all staff are extremely friendly and helpful . I would certainly stay here again . There is everything you need in the area supermarket, Dutch bakery and super Dino down the road . We found a lovely restaurant to eat in which was great food at good prices called 360 restaurant. X sur shopping centre is a short walk down hill where they have shops, restaurants, cinema and mercadona supermarket and burger king is around the corner . Fabulous and I will tell all my family and friends about here

I want to start by saying that the staff I spoke to throughout our stay, were very polite and helpful I had no issues with the actual staff service however I wouldn’t want to rate this hotel higher as the issues just don’t make it worth staying even if it’s cheap. Be aware there is €100 deposit required to check in. This can be paid with cash or card. We were not aware of this prior we booked through easyJet holidays and there was no mention of this. Rooms are very basic, couch not in good condition and very uncomfortable. Beds are also very uncomfortable they on wheels and they are 2 singles and they end up sliding apart in the night. The bathroom was okay however the shower situation isn’t ideal. Not enough hot water for a normal length of shower the hot water lasts about 5 minutes at the most then the rest of your shower is freezing and takes more than half an hour to reset. I have never experienced this in a hotel I wouldn’t even think about this being an Issue no matter what budget the holiday is there should be enough hot water for everyone. There is also no WiFi in the rooms at all just by the pool area but it’s not very good. The pool area is okay too the pool bar is very expensive though €15 for 2 cocktails so you couldn’t buy drinks comfortably all day, as it would chip away on your holiday spends. Noise levels from the other rooms is a probably the biggest nightmare, the hotel walls are so thin you can hear everything and it keeps you up at night. Multiple nights we were woken up at 3am,5am by people coming back into their rooms. Often they would play music on their balconies. You just don’t feel rested at all. No one seemed to get told to be quiet. As a self catering hotel the fridge is tiny and the freezer is basically nonexistent doesn’t even have a separate door, the equipment is basic and cheap not very good. No oven as well just an electric hob that doesn’t work well and a microwave. The kitchen utensils are dirty. So overall even though we wanted to cook on some nights we ultimately decided to save the headache and go out for lunch and dinner every day. The location of the hotel is okay. Just based on a very steep hill. For the first half of our stay we would walk into the town and walk back thinking the taxis would be expensive but they were only €6 each way so we decided to start using them which made it better. The hotel desk book your taxis for you which is good and they come almost instantly. Bear in mind it’s around 25 minutes to the nearest beach and the good restaurants.

I really can't understand the bad reviews on this place. This hotel is kept beautifully clean with rooms cleaned nearly every day and beds made for us. The main pool isn't heated but was lovely and refreshing and very comfortable once in. The baby/toddler pool is conveniently in the shade and the adult pool is heated and situated in a quiet part of the hotel grounds with stunning views. We had a 2 bed appointment which was very spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. I was a bit apprehensive about having no air-conditioning but it was actually pretty comfortable with the weather around 24°c. We did take 2 mini fans that we placed on the bedside tables at night and I do believe that the hotel have a few large fans that can be used if required. The staff are very polite and friendly and are happy to call you a taxi, which arrives super fast. The only minor snag is there isn't enough hot water for a shower but a cooler temperature was welcomed after a hot day in the sun and wasn't a major issue. For the price and the star rating of this hotel, I have absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Very basic “apartment” (you get what you pay for I suppose) with an added funky smell !! Rooms Dirty with additional unwanted guests AKA ants and cockroach’s, Enough Hot water (if you were an early riser) for 1 shower, (i was travelling with my daughter and 2 young granddaughters). Apart from the freezing cold pool there is nothing here for young children. Hotel bar staff were loverly and polite but you will need a bank loan !!. Hotel situated on a very steep incline which makes for a loverly walk down to the main touristy bits (about 15mins) but would not attempt the walk back but its only around €5 - €6 for a taxi. If your a vegetarian thou bring plenty of snacks as its not very well catered for !! The big question is Would I return ? Honestly absolutely NO , not to this part of Tenerife and defiantly not to this Hotel
