The Hotel is well located, in a very quiet place, even the ideal place to rest.
All hotel employees were helpful and friendly.
In my opinion, the hotel only had three problems, few products for the “All Inclusive” regime, very repetitive meals and served cakes for dessert, namely defrosted products.

The hotel is dated and a rabbit warren to figure out. Arriving late at night there was a basic meal of salad we could have or bread with yogurt. The food was nice for a pile it up and eat with different themes each night. Breakfast again was the same thing but a good variety of choice - unsure about the boiled bacon and white sausage - the beans were cold but the staff in the restaurant approachable and friendly. Meal time on an evening was 8pm which was fairly late - and the local village which is a 5 mile round trip walk away. We hired bikes from the hotel for €9 each for half the day. We had seen the small village in 20 mins. The beach was small - and we declined the ferry to take us over to the other side of the resort. A couple we spoke to said they had a great time. You need to bring your own bottle of water to enable you to fill up the water bottle left in the room. Please take a coffee cup and glass with you from breakfast as you are left with a paper cup which won’t last the week. There is also no coffee in the room so make sure to bring your own. Ice creams are €3.50 but you get 30% off as all inclusive. The day trip to Seville was amazing and would highly recommend. The night entertainment involved picking couples from the audience and insultingly asking other people to guess their age - as you can imagine this was not particularly funny. It’s a very strange hotel and I would liken it to the hotel Cortez…..from American horror Story. It’s the vibe - which is literally non existent. Wi-Fi is good.

Lovely experience, very nice and chilled place, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Food is great, had a different verity of food themes every night. Would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel, everything you need available to you. Food in hotel is lovely, especially Mexican night. We stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed a relaxing stay. We would recommend going all inclusive here as there are limited restaurants in the area. Renting a car could also be handy for getting around as we did not see many taxis.

Me and my boyfriend had the best holiday ever here. there were activities and games everyday to join in on and different themes for the dinner every night such as american, asian, etc, but all themes had good stuff for more fussy eaters and was always something for someone. We were originally worried that by the end of the week we might be a bit bored as there wasn’t much to do but we were never bored as there was always so much fun stuff going on. We originally had booked bed and breakfast but upgraded to all inclusive within 3 hours of our first day. All inclusive was 100% worth it we ended up paying half of what the company we booked through had it priced at. I would definitely recommend upgrading since the closest bars/ restaurants are a 30 min walk minimum but also would recommend going for a walk into the town as it is lovely. There is a mini market with all essentials down the hill from the hotel maybe a 5 min walk but there is also a shop in the hotel that does the crisps, drinks, etc. We had entertainment every night done by the staff and people from outside of the hotel on some nights and all were great. The Staff were all amazing and so lovely and welcoming and really made our holiday.
