Bluesea Costa Teguise Gardens

Visited here last year, and after the reviews i was a little worried. But wow everything was perfect, the staff were absolutely lovely, I actually slipped a disc whilst there in my back, and they were so helpful with information to getting to the hospital. Pool was lovely and clean. Really enjoyed our stay , oh the life guard was a little moody but just think he wasn't used of kids haha. Please don't be put of by the reviews, as this is a lovely place to stay with lovely helpfup friendly staff x

Pool closes at 6pm which is too early for summer time!Pool should close at 7p.m. instead! Food was ok, can't complain. The food selection can not be everyone's taste but for us is okay! Pool has no water circulation system which is manually cleaning by the staff. Almost every show night you must play Bingo, BORING there is no any other activities made by entertainment before or after bingo as declared as on entertainment program! Poor entertainment which is only available in the morning between 9 am to 11 am. (2hours) Sauna, Jacuzzi/Spa room is permanently closed. Entertainment staff lives inside spa room instead. Rooms are large and nice for a 3 stars hotel as this a "apart" hotel. However there is no stable pressure on water, water turns very hot for a few seconds several times during shower that burnt my body! Location is good, just 15 minutes walk to Teguise town centre. I would suggest you to rent a car which is much much cheaper than paying 50 quid to a taxi from Playa Del Carmen to Teguise at night if you don't drink alcohol much! Ping pong and gym room is still available. Tennis and basketball courts needs immediate maintenance!! There is no sparkling water at hotel. You must drink coke, sprite, fanta, beer az fizzy drinks. I prefer sparkling water instead and this must supply by the hotel management. I advise you to stay at Block C which is very central. "All inclusive" service finishes at 11 pm at night. FYI

We paid for the all inclusive however found that we eat out every day and night due to the horrendous quality of food and drink. The room was dirty and falling to bits. The beds were broken, curtains covered in paint and hanging off the curtains rails, the tiles on the floor were cracked and caused my 4 year old daughter to cut the bottom of her foot. The receptionist was told about this, however refused to move us rooms, however did act promptly to the broken beds. The pool was full of dead bugs and groups of people sat drinking morning until evening, not allowing others to sit and have a drink (not that we wanted too). Costa Tequise is a stunning place however, so leaving the hotel to go into the town every day was the best part of the holiday.

Great little hotel/apartments upon arriving the receptionist was lovely and let me and my teen son check in early. Room was clean and had what we needed. I emailed and requested a top floor pool view and that's what I got. Pool bar was fantastic as well as the saloon bar. Entertainment was ok, a bit of bingo and some singing shoes. Food, food was ok, great breakfast lunch was a bit basic but still didn't go hungry at all the whole stay. Would definitely go again for what I paid.

4th time staying at this hotel cheap and cheerful . Staff all lovely bar staff are a good laugh and Jonathan was very nice always had time for a chat in-between his busy schedule of entertaining everyone . As for other reviews I have read since coming home we stayed 2 weeks and not once did I not see the pool be cleaned and the cleaners washed the tiles every morning I even said to my partner iv never seen a pool as clean . The apartments are dated but have everything you need and cleaned every second day clean towels and beds made . So I would say this time round the food was really good compared to the past always had a good feed we did eat out a few times also but yeah can't fault the food at all you can't please everyone . All in all another great stay and we will be back again

Very pleasant and formal all the staff, mutuals in the pick-ups and departures of the activities during the experience, the catamaran facilities very well, as an opportunity to improve the experience, if after the food that there is that space until the starting oven activities should be done which generate integration and is a unique experience
