Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. At the time they did have the fallout from the flash flood to deal with but there are still a number of unrelated issues that can be reported on. The hotel generally has no soul. The pool bar is basic and almost completely devoid of life, even during Easter holidays! The restaurant is much the same, its a soulless hospital cafeteria experience. the hotel lobby/lounge is dated, cheap and tacky looking. Guest scrabble around at night looking for passageway light switches. Public areas including mini-golf, petanque and the children's playground are showing signs of dilapidation. On the plus side, the rooms were quite nice and cleaned on request. The location is ok, the local beach isn't that great but there is a better one a few minutes walk further on. We wont be returning

A lovely clean and friendly little apartment hotel. We went B&B but probably should have gone self catering. The Breakfast wasn’t fabulous, fresh fruit and yogurts were nice. Basic breakfast. The pool bar lunch menu is FANTASTIC- pizzas are great lovely friendly staff and the prices were great! Really pleased with our little 3 night break, wouldn’t visit again as we like to go to different places but cannot fault the team at the hotel. Super friendly and safe pool was cold but to be expected in April. Thank you for a wonderful little break!

Stayed here a few times now and always enjoyed our stays. A 10-15 minute walk from the beach and lots of bars and restaurants close by make it a great location. The rooms are cleaned every day and the staff are friendly. Fantastic

This whole review can be summed up by saying that no matter what the rest of the complex is like, if you get one of the rooms that back onto the road above the swimming pool you can forget spending anytime in that room and forget any sort of peace or relaxation. We were given room 1100 which was directly above the swimming pool complex so for the entire week from 8am to 8pm, with at most a small window of quiet each day, you were subject to constant noise. Impossible to relax, impossible to take a nap, pointless trying to sit on the sun-less balcony. So we paid for an upgraded room (which makes it more ridiculous) and received what was without doubt the most unrelaxing room I have ever stayed in. We essentially didn’t bother spending anytime in there and couldn’t sleep after 8am. Therefore in summary, I wouldn’t recommend the place. What’s the point if you might end up with a really bad room like this. I’d go so far as to say that at least if it had a building site next to it you’d have been warned about the noise. A building site would have been quieter as well. I’ll be complaining to jet2 and include the videos which show the ridiculous noise level. Not worth booking. Go to the Raddison over the road.

Booked a one bed standard apartment thru british airways holidays at a great price and was blown away with the apartment! It was room 1101 above the restaurant and was totally updated and huge. Sunbeds on the balcony was a great extra and we got the sun til around 1 pm. Most days we went to the pool and there are so many sunbeds plus 2 extra piles i cant imagine any sunbed wars here. There wasnt many kids here as it was the week after half term but it seems a very safe complex for kids to roam around and have fun. The complex is spotlessly clean and we only had a snack in the pool bar which was nice. We didnt use the restaurant as there are lovely restaurants close by which we went out to each night or walked into costa teguise which is a 15 minute walk. Would return here and highly recommend
