HD Beach Resort

Location is nice and quiet with a small sandy/rocky beach just a minutes walk away. Hotel does need the upcoming refurb programme (especially the gym, that is a bit tatty), but the staff were very pleasant. Food was fine. No parking within the hotel grounds but is plentiful and free in the public car park next door. Would definitely consider going back as long as they don't hike the price too much.

Stayed 3 weeks. Great hotel. Good food, clean, amazing location, no complaints. Thanks Laszlo for the yoga, pilates and hike. Entertainment was varied - always live singling with good musicians - impressive. This hotel has a friendly atmosphere, the staff are professional, efficient and accommodating - and they seem to enjoy themselves. I would love to return in the future - I am sure that the hotel will be very impressive after the refurbishment.

Great holiday, kids loved it and only a short walk to the town and on the beaches doorstep! Food was reasonable too, cats everywhere which I absolutely loved as a cat mum of 3 . Weather was just nice and pools were lovely too,we had a room right outside pool which was great for an evening swim. Would definitely return.

Very Friendly staff, good food could always find something to eat, or try, drinks are what you expect from AI, rooms and hotel spotlessly clean, only a short walk from the bars and restaurants, and there's plenty to choose from. Hotel getting a refurb shortly, would happily return when completed.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel unseren 3wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Wir bekamen ein barrierefreies Zimmer direkt mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Nur ein paar Schritte und man war an der Promenade. Der CheckIn war der freundlichste Empfang, den wir jemals in einem Hotel hatten. Das Hotel ist total barrierefrei, als mobil eingeschränkte Person kommt man wirklich überall ohne Hilfe hin. Einfach toll. Dani, der uns so empathisch und höflich empfing mit den Worten " Wir tun alles was wir können", dass sich das an unserem letzten Tag auch wirklich bewahrheitet - haben wir miterlebt. Es gab am 12.04.2025 eine totale Überschwemmung des Hotels wegen der schweren Unwetter in Teguise. DAS GESAMTE PERSONAL TAT WIRKLICH ALLES ERDENKLICHE - da das Hotel evakuiert werden musste. Es bekamen alle Gäste einen Transfer in andere Hotels. Trotz dieser Situation ging alles ruhig über die Bühne. Man kann der ganzen Belegschaft nicht genug danken, das Hotel wäre wegen einer Komplettrenovierung bald geschlossen worden. Es war für uns trotz allem ein toller Aufenthalt - das Hotel zeichnet sich nicht nur wegen der Lage aus sondern besonders wegen dem gesamten Personal. Unser bester Dank für Eure Hilfe und wir hoffen bald wieder kommen zu können.

Un gran día el pasado hoy en el HD BEACH Aridane y Macarena nos han tratado estupendamente una gran atención, pasamos el día con nuestro equipo celebrando y como digo, la comida, bebida, atención e instalaciones geniales!! Gracias a todos!!
