El recepcionista nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad. El hotel está bastante bien, calidad precio. Lo recomiendo.

Good Points - The hotel was clean, staff are friendly and it is only a 5 euro taxi or 15 minute walk from the square where the restaurants and bars are. There are a lot of sun beds available. You can book an excursion in the hotel, we did the fuerteventura boat trip which was amazing. The pool also has 2 water slides which are good if you are bringing your children. There is a pool table which costs 2 euros to play and few arcade machines if you are bringing your kids. To get a plastic cup for a drink at the bar it is 1 euro but you do get this back when you return the cup. Bad Points - The pool was freezing cold (some people will like that but just a bad point for me). Cocktails are not included in the all inclusive offer. There is no shade available at the pool, no umbrellas available at all so if you get burnt like I did, good luck. The food is good for the first couple of days but they don’t really change the menu, maybe a couple changes here and there but nothing special so we ate out quite a lot. The snack bar was also not impressive, it is literally just a sandwich you can make which again isn’t necessarily bad but if they had burgers etc this would be much better obviously. You are not allowed to smoke at the pool, the life guard will tell you off for this, again not a bad point for most people but obviously if you are a smoker like me, it is. There is a designated smoking area away from the pool however. Overall the hotel is meant to be 4 star but I think maximum 3 is fair just for all the small things the hotel could do to make it a better experience for visitors. The area is decent although at the beach in Teguise there is no sun beds or umbrellas so we got the bus to Puerto Del Carmen where if I was to come back to Lanzarote I would stay in that area obviously if you don’t mind sitting in the sand this isn’t a bad point as the beach is lovely.

We've had a fab time, the food is good plenty to choose from & lots of it , if you want English food every day stay at home this is a Spanish island. The pool is cold but can be just what's needed easiest thing is jump in , kids pool is warmer , don't be fooled by jacuzzi it's still cold lol. Plenty of drinks to choose from & different cocktail each day. Entertainment is fab we had a fab time each night everyone up dancing & having fun . Room was clean & comfortable our air con worked no problem. The sink / vanity area is just outside the bathroom which is fab as I wasn't hogging bathroom doing make up on an evening It's a bit out of the main area but we walked down & got €4 taxi back we could of stayed closer but for alot more money I'm not sure why this hotel gets such a hard time on here , we were a little concerned after reading reviews but honestly we have really enjoyed our stay , you can never please everyone all the time & most people don't take the time to leave a good review Take a chance with an open mind you might surprise yourself Anyway I'm off to enjoy the rest of my time here
