Very beautiful cottage "Cascina MonteRosa", built in 1900, renovated in 2023, surrounded by vineyards. 3 apartments in the property. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: natural state property 500 m2, garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 12.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 25 km, Asti 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for children under 16 years. The owner lives in the same residence. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Dieses Landhaus ist umgeben von Weinberger, mit traumhaftem Blick, bis zu den Alpen. Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Tipps zur Seite. Am Pool stehen für das Apartment zwei Liege

Top Gastgeberin mit vielen guten Ausflug-Tips , sofern Bedarf. Wunderschöne, gepflegte Wohnung, in ruhiger Lage und bestens ausgestattet. Ich habe den Pool auch im Frühjahr schon genossen!
