Windmill "Kozh Vilin", renovated in 2018, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 900 m from the centre of Lanleff, 10 km from the centre of Plouha, outside the resort, 11 km from the centre of Pontrieux, 8 km from the sea, directly by the river. Private: property 1'000 m2 with trees, beautiful garden to relax. Storeroom available. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Bréhec" 8 km. "Kozh Vilin", 3-room house 45 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 4 adults. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
