Couldn’t ask for a better experience at the Best western plus! Michael and Natalie were so helpful they made this stay a 10/10. Absolutely love it here and would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a great experience!

We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Executive Airport Miami Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made our stay relaxing from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly without any hassle. We also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it had a great variety including eggs, yogurt, bagels, and waffles, making it a satisfying start to the day. Another highlight was the pool area, which was very clean and well-maintained—perfect for unwinding. The location is also very convenient, being close to the airport and within easy reach of Everglades airboat tours, which made it a great base for our plans. Overall, a great stay with excellent cleanliness, a good breakfast, and a convenient, hassle-free experience. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel made a great impression from the moment we arrived. The front desk clerk was welcoming and helpful, and bartender Cheyann was warm, engaging, and a pleasure to talk with. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean, offering a comfortable place to unwind. Breakfast included plenty of options, and everything we tried tasted great. We’d happily stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

I have stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions. The accommodations are comfortable, and the rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Housekeeping services are available upon request and perform daily rounds. The hotel features a fitness center equipped for workouts. Additionally, there is a laundry facility on the second floor with two washing machines and two dryers. Each floor is equipped with vending machines and ice machines. Complimentary parking is available for guests.

My family and I stayed at your hotel (room 304) on the night of December 6–7, 2025. While we appreciated the overall quality of the property, we experienced a serious issue with the shower that significantly impacted our stay. The shower leaked extensively, causing water to flood the bathroom and even reach the room entrance. I spent more time cleaning than showering, and we had to use nearly all the towels to dry the floor, leaving only one towel for the three of us to share. I clearly explained the issue to the management on Saturday night and again the next morning, they hastily gave me the Director of Operations business card ( to shut up and not to disturb). I wrote an email of complaints and nobody replied, completely unprofessional

I spent a quiet weekend with my family. Thanks to Mrs. Natalie Paul who kindly helped us with the reservation. They offer breakfast, and the location seemed ideal to stay away from the noise.
