The Kraken ship has all the buttons that do not work. The pool is cold... The 4DX room has 8 seats that do not work and it is very sad. Breakfast no longer includes yogurt, and they do not offer anything hot beyond drinks. It is important that they improve now, for the price you pay. It could be much better."

"Soothing hotel. Good location to Disneyland park with free shuttle bus to travel around. Nice decoration to match Disneyland style. Bathroom is tiny but functional enough, fulfilled our needs for Disneyland trip. I love the soothing window and the view out there, very dreamy. Breakfast was good, sadly we couldn’t get a chance to do it outdoor, it could be very relaxing. Overall highly recommended!"

"I have stayed in many hotels in Europe, and this one is owned by Disney. They are really stingy. I stayed for two nights, but the toilet paper and water were only provided on the first day. When the paper ran out, it was not replenished on the second day. It was really weird. I lived on the 6th floor and the water was very small. Do you know how annoying it is to take a shower in Paris in December with such thin water? Except for the good attitude of the front desk, everything else was a mess. I will never come again!
