"The hotel room was a bit dated (no shower stall and curtain, couldn’t find electrical points near the bed, paintwork chipping) but we understand that they are currently upgrading, so hopefully it gets better soon! The overall experience was decent. Best part was being able to enter the parks earlier to avoid the queues and that it’s just a 10-15 minute walk to the parks. Loved the view from the room and the staff were generally very friendly and helpful!"

"We booked a night through trip.com, went to the hotel staff could not find a booking,  staff reassured us that found booking will call us back so we went into Disney play first,  we immediately asked trip.com customer service, customer service contacted the hotel service department even said we were closed that day for a second not so good hotel we choose , But basically impossible because we are already in the hotel how can not know if it is open, and closed and how can book it, so we asked customer service to ask again first, after two or three hours the hotel called back and told us that there is a room can check-in, originally thought nothing to continue playing , but trip.com called said really no room and asked us to choose a second hotel We can only walk back to the hotel in Disneyland check, the results can really check in no problem, often walk around to destroy the mood, the only good thing about trip.com is customer service reply quickly, but the error message makes the situation more confusing, their solution is to compensate $ 100"
