Sea la VIE Covelong Beach Resort

- Dirty sheets and bedroom. the villa and bathrooms were dirty too. Had to ask staff to clean after we are allocated with the room. Sticky floors. - Balcony in the villa not accessible, AC water let to leak in the balcony - Fridge not working. - AC in one of the room didn't work. - Dirty swimming pool and the area around the pool. - Complimentary BF was below average. The idli, dosa were near dirt color, and coffee tasted the worst. - The dinner we ordered was too bad except the Chapati. No salt in anything , and tasted very average. - we paid 16k for 2 villas and totally felt unworth. Best thing: the beach access , it is too close.

Stayed here in December of 2022. This is just a place you would stay if you want to sleep at night but the vibe here is good. If you're lucky and came here with a good company (friends/family) the stay will be amazing, not because the resort. The only things I liked where the resort is located at a clean beach and there are cycles available to enjoy. The food was average it took a lot of time to come. They got the food from somewhere else.

Sea La Vie was ok when we last visited four years ago. However, in the time we have been away the place has been allowed to fall into disrepair. The white paint is now black in many places. The fixtures and fitting are rusting. The bathrooms are dirty with hair from previous occupants blocking the drains. The wardrobes have no hangers, where fittings have fallen off they have not been replaced so you can't open drawers. The locks on the front doors don't work property. The pillows need replacing. The whole place needs a complete refurbishment. The cleaning staff didn't clean our rooms until after 6pm each day when we were getting ready to go out, one day they didn't bother coming at all. On the plus side, the kitchen work top was clean, the air-con and ceiling fans worked when there wasn't a power cut. The bed linen and towels were clean, although old. The restaurant serves good food although you wait too long, especially for a simple request of a bottle of water. The entire restaurant, especially the top roof terrace needs a complete refurbishment. It is not value for money and I would not stay here again

Neat and clean room 100% Now sugar and tea bags are not provided Older days provided kept above fridge And main thing is Please change all the door locks and Another one is That sliding door lock should be on both side Its not saftey for customers Or give a lock key to customers to lock Locking system will be main fault Otherwise very enjoyable

Poor service of reception staff. No life gaurds in the resort. No assistance when someone in danger or drowning in water. Negligence of property owners lead to serious death / injury during our stay. No proper protection in the balcony railing, any kid of age 1 yrs to 4yrs can fall down. Poor maintenance of the rooms. Linens very dirty and lot of stain marks, looks as if it's not changed.

What a wonderful place to spend your vacation. Located right by the ocean, surrounded by trees, flowers and plenty of friendly wildlife (bunnies etc.) If you are looking for piece and quiet, this property has all that and more. The host Nancy is incredibly helpful, and made our stay unforgettable. Pet friendly too. My dog was in heaven!
