Hostellerie du Pas de l'Ours "Relais et Châteaux"

This place is so unique, so special, such a gem, in the perfect spot, with the most kind, friendly, funny staff with whom we’ve ever been associated. My wife and I came honeymoon, two discerning 50-year-olds, who have seen the world, and this was it. The check in was friendly and fun, the rooms are unique and well positioned to see the mountains and the sun, the facility is warm friendly unique, the breakfast is elevated, the bistro and service is exquisite. From start to finish this is just magically fun and I say humorous. I say that because REMY at the Front Desk was by far in my lifetime the most helpful, funniest, animated host/concierge/friend/staff we have ever seen. Go now, go now before the World Cup in February because after the World Cup, the secret will be out!

Une expérience hors du temps au sein de ce petit cocon au cœur de Crans-Montana. Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçu par toute l'équipe de Pas de l'Ours. La chambre "l'Ecureuil" très confortable, joliment décorée, avec tous les services d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Notre expérience au Bistrot des Ours fût sans fausse note. Dîner succulent et service impeccable. La fin de soirée côté lounge fût très apprécié également. Le SPA fût aussi un moment de plaisir et de détente, après avoir profité de la salle de sport. Un grand merci à la team du Pas de l'Ours pour l'accueil. Nous recommandons à 300%.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! L’accueil était chaleureux, et l’ensemble des services offerts a largement dépassé nos attentes. Notre suite était magnifique. Le cadre était calme et agréable, idéal pour se détendre. Nous avons apprécié chaque moment passé dans cet établissement. Tout était fait pour que nous nous sentions bien, et le personnel a été aux petits soins pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute très vite !

We booked this Relais & Chateaux both for the food/ Michelin star as well as small property with intimacy & charm: from the moment we checked in and met the owner and her team of young, attentive staff, everything delivered was top notch service: location is central for shopping, skiing or dining , rooms are cosy with great views, understated decor and good bedding...Severine and her dedicated staff are always available to meet any request and try to make your stay ever more pleasant. Valentine's day dinner at the Bistro didn't disappoint with a great manager Camille who knows what she is doing. The Spa, shared with next door hotel, is nice but I would recommend also visiting Aida's (adult only sister property in town) that offers greater amenities & services to enjoy...All in all, a great hospitality standard delivered with a personal touch in a warm establishment that well represents the Relais & Chateaux experience in a mountain resort setting.

We had a lovely weekend at this little mountain hotel. The room (upgraded) was absolutely divine. Amazing meal at the Michelin star restaurant. Incredible service. Beautiful spa and massages. They shuttled us to and from wherever we needed to go (lifts, restaurants, etc.) I would not hesitate to return!

Best dining in town, lovely chalet feel rooms.
