A beautiful place located in the heart of Crema. Lovely place - spacious and clean. Continental breakfast delivered. Lovely host. Just note … No front door as such - we were dropped off at a huge brown gate and didn’t know how to get access …you need to ring a buzzer to get access (photo attached) . The instructions are in Italian ( which we didn’t understand) so we had to go to the (fabulous) pizza restaurant across from the gate to understand how to get access. The restaurant right across the road is just fabulous. If you are a call me by your name fan this is a great place to stay and explore..

B&B San Clemente is a wonderful place to stay when visiting northern Italy. The Chicago suite is charming and inviting. You feel at home there. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is lovely. The B&B is within walking distance of the Duomo di Crema, shops, and restaurants. Our host Arlene was amazing and so helpful. She gave great suggestions of places to visit, the good eateries in the area, and how to get around. Crema is a beautiful town that is within driving distance of Milan, Bergamo, Venice, Bologna, Verona, Lake Como, and many other towns in Northern Italy. If you're visiting Italy and want to experience the heart and soul of Italy, B&B San Clemente is a good base--great host, great accommodations, great locations. What's not to like.

My wife and I visited Crema and other spots in Italy on a much delayed 25th anniversary trip. We enjoyed Crema the most, in large part due to our great accommodations. B&B San Clemente exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, overlooking an Italian Baroque church across the street, adding to the charm. The room was tastefully decorated with incredible art on the walls and our bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the piazza and having Aperitivo. The location is in the historic part of town with lots to see and do. Arlene was a fantastic host, and very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our breakfast on the roof top terrace. We returned for one night at the end of our trip (flying back out of Milan) and stayed in a second room that was equally as nice. We are already talking about a repeat visit when we can spend more time.

The hospitality and accommodations were excellent. Great location in the center of town. Very spacious, well decorated, and comfortable. Very nice breakfast served on the terrace to start the day. Beautiful building and rooms. Lots of character and authentic. It gave us a charming feel of Crema, and Italy. Arlene is a great host, checking in with us daily, great recommendations on restaurants and things to do, and tending to our needs.

On business in the area and recommended this B&B. Communication was great, a lovely room with adjacent sitting area and dining room. I was able to park in a nearby street and breakfast was very good. The accommodation is an ideal location and very comfortable.

My friend and I stayed in Crema for one night. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful! They went out of their way to get us bikes, tours, and restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend staying here! The AC was the best I’ve seen in Italy and the wifi was fast. It was a cozy, high quality room.

Wonderful hosts who provided everything we needed. The accommodations were extremely clean, modern, and well maintained. It’s perfectly located and was just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Would absolutely suggest staying here!!

The hosts were welcoming and receptive. Hard to beat for a scenic trip to Northern Italy(which is what we were going for). Easy to get to Bergamo or Milan for seeing other sights, while having everything you could want for a lovely vacation in Crema at the B&B. Could not recommend highly enough, especially if you are a fan of the movie “Call Me By Your Name”
