The location was nice, a great view of the beach and waterfront, although we came in late and weren’t able to fully experience it. The rooms were nice and mostly clean. However, disappointed in the fact that there was no pull out couch and our son had to sleep just on the couch itself, especially for the price. Additionally, the washer dryer unit did not work well and left our clothing with a funky smell.

This is a very basic one bedroom apartment over a garage, but it was clean and right across the street from the ocean in a nice neighborhood. It is very close to everything you could need, and you can even get down to the beach at a park just a couple of blocks away.

We stayed as a couple and this was the perfect stay. Easy to get to, easy to settle in at. The view from our windows of the beach were stunning. We watched the beach sunset from a bench across the street. Really lovely space for a couples getaway

Perfect little get-away
Everything was clean and easy to access, just as described in pictured in the listing. We loved that ocean view. It was perfect for two people.

nice
Everything was good except I could not get the stove top to work and the upstairs window lock wasn't attached properly.
Also the TV was hard to figure out how to work.
Communication with the property manager was excellent

Diamond in the rough
Comfortable clean and practical with an amazing view to sit and enjoy just across the street. Decorating style is a bit eclectic but the kitchen is very functional.

Absolutely horrible
We drove 10 hours from Merced to stay at this property and celebrate our daughters birthday. We checked in late at night, when we checked in there were food stains on the couch, the pillow corner was covered with mold, there were spiders on walls and the list goes on. The only positive thing was that it was close to ocean and the property managers prompt replies to messages during her work hours. We travel a lot and stay at numerous Vrbo properties but this property was not upto Vrbo standards. The bathroom mirror is rusted and dingy but the bath tub was clean. Overall I would give it a zero.

Perfect..quite ...getaway
Lets just say ..family says...."can we do it again "..it was a great getaway..hopefully can do it again next year..it is what it says...we loved the peaceful neighborhood..close to everything...and no "hotel " feeling...it was great my son..7Yrs ..asked if i could buy it and we colud live there...lol
