"Management appears to be very poor, No one answering phone calls in reception for most of Friday morning Jan 30th,and long wait on Saturday 31st. Arrived on Saturday 31st at 10-30 pm. Bedroom was freezing, no heating on and windows wide open!! Had to get the night portef tofind us another room. The booking for this had been made some weeks beforehand. "We had such a wonderful experience at Premier Inn thanks to Sarah. We arrived at around 10:30am before attending a nearby wedding, knowing check-in wasn’t until 3pm and expecting to have to wait. Although there were initially no rooms available, Sarah went completely out of her way to help us. She personally checked with housekeeping and managed to get a room ready for us so we could freshen up before the wedding. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made such a difference to our day, and we are incredibly grateful. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you so much, Sarah!"
