Premier Inn Bristol Cribbs Causeway (M5, J17)

Reception staff are useless. The woman completely ignores you! Even when stood waiting to be served at the bar, they look at you and don't bother coming over.. clearly don't want to be here! Not the friendly service that I've had at other premier inns. No hello, Good afternoon, nothing. The waiter at dinner was great, very happy, helpful and chatty

Very friendly staff. Room was to a high standard. Very clean bed was comfortable with a good night sleep. Ideal location restaurant was well layed out good was very nice. Plenty of parking breakfast was very nice plenty to choose from would go again

Standards seem to have slipped. Sheets and duvet covers both had rips in them. Pillows of low quality and not enough for everyone to have 2 each. When we went to ask for extra the member of staff said she didn’t think they had any more and was too busy to check! She said she would check and let us know when she had time. After 1.5 hours later we went back to reception and asked again. A different member brought some up within 10 mins. Breakfast was good. Glad to see no longer have to pay for parking.

This was the first time staying at this hotel in Bristol. I usually stay in portishead but fancied a complete change. I wasn't disappointed I was pleasantly surprised. Bonus is that the eating and drinking area is actually in the hotel. Location is near huge shopping mall and 3 pub restaurants. It's positioned on a bus route so everywhere in Bristol is accessible by Bus. Loved the express check in by code. Free parking. I tried to upgrade to a plus room because we were staying 2 nights but hotel was completely full. For one night a double is completely fine. Free WiFi extra pillows. Bathroom modern shower unit. The staff are very friendly always available and do their up most to try and accommodate requests. Value for money if booked in advance.

What a fab hotel straight off the m5 near to the shopping centre of cribbs causeway Bristol large free car park on site big reception with friendly staff and lots of seating and tvs bar and restaurant serving quality food and drinks at good prices our room was on 2nd floor via lift or stairs I must say it's a long corridor to our room it was a twin room with a luxurious double and single bed good lighting sockets and more wardrobe tea coffee facilities and desk with chair plus hairdryer and air con and heating bathroom spacious white towels bath with shower however the cold tap didn't work brilliant so my bath was super hot like me we had a brilliant meal deal which is well worth it so we will definitely be back

Excellent service, rooms were immaculate. Great spacious baths. Showers were luxurious . Food service and choice were amazing . Beds were very comfortable and warm. Extra pillow service was lovely , all in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay with great views
