"We had a lovely night's stay in one of the garden rooms. Set in beautiful gardens, very peaceful and close to a wonderful walk through the woods down to the beach. "Good price and swimming pool included is a bonus when travelling with children. Location is a nice walk into town, about 20mins, just very hilly. So worth noting if you have children in prams. Didn’t use the bar or other facilities. Grounds were pleasant but rooms could do with an air freshener or just better ventilation as had an odd smell and felt stuffy. Rooms kept cool despite 28° weather. Bathroom and bedding clean but dust and cobwebs around."
