Full size Fridge with water and ice dispenser, Keurig coffee maker, gas range, dishwasher, microwave. The Pine Place is located just one mile from the Cuyuna Lakes State Trail, Crosby Memorial Park, a variety of local restaurants, skate park, children's park, hospital, 24-hour Holiday gas station, ACE hardware, Family Dollar/Dollar General and more. Serpent Lake is also just a mile away, and mini-golf and a gorgeous golf course are just 5 miles away. Huge Super One grocery store just 2.2 miles away and it is 15 miles to downtown Brainerd, 25 miles to Safari North (zoo) or Brainerd International Raceway. Originally a lake cabin, The Pine Place was moved to it's current location about 20 years ago (sorry, no lake!). The main level has 3 bedrooms (full x2 and twin), living area, kitchen and bath. Window air-conditioning unit. The king master bedroom in finished basement has a TV, as does the basement family room. The basement also has a full bath and laundry area. There are Echo Dots with Amazon Alexa in the kitchen and in the basement. Ask Alexa (via Echo Dot) to play some music, set a timer or give a weather report and more! Other amenities include WiFi, Smart Locks, lawn chairs, misc. games, a pak-n-play and off-street parking for 3-4 cars (or a boat trailer!). Smoking outdoors only.
