"I have no other complaints except for the hot water shower temperature feels lukewarm throughout my 5 nights. I have asked for a fix but it turns out to be the pre-setting of centralized water heating system so nothing could be done."
"Is near .... opposite is Lee Garden Hotel . I'm leaving level 4 , have 8 bedrooms mix . Toilet is sharing but is separate male and female 👍. 1bedroom 1bed . Overall is clean n cool 😎 👌."
"Room was clean and had everything needed. just located at a place slightly hard to find. but washing machine and dryer service was available and worked well!"

"Room 507 & 508, both room water tap have problem, water tap can't adjust only have hot water and cannot shower. Room 508, the long bath sink was stuck and shower water flow was slow and the fridge was very old and rust. Luckily is only stay a night. I think this hotel need to refurnish for old or new wing room. The only good is the strategic location with 1 night stay."
"I'm surprised with the room booked because of the widety and cleanliness, which is an available refrigerator, water heater, mineral water, soap, towel, tv and many others. Will repeat again🙂😍😚"
"Am surprised there was only coffee strips available in the room and no tea sachet in the room 2911. When I asked the receptionist during checkout this morning she confirmed they don’t have tea for the room.
The plus point is the security of the hotel and the location. Day and night it’s so vibrant."
"Highly recommend to staying this hotel. Location of hotel is great within walking distance to Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. Good service from hotel staff."
"You may choose any other hotel nearby with excellent service, cleaner and most interesting cheaper than this. This hotel has a prime location, unfortunately, overshadowed by the poor customer service at the front desk.
The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Most seemed disinterested in assisting guests, showing no smile or warmth throughout the interaction. Their impatience and unhelpful attitude were disappointing.
I noticed the same unfriendly behavior toward other guests as well, indicating a deeper issue with the team’s training or attitude."
"Clean accommodation, convenient parking. Very close to the center, spacious room, cool air conditioning."

Great
AAysabelle LeeCosy and homey yet warning VERY HOT! 🥵
I book a king room with a king bed for RM190. The room is a bit small which is unexpected bcs I thought it would be bigger from the picture but the bed is comfy. Coming to the hotel is pretty easy since it is located in the center of Hatyai and hospitality service from the receptionist is A! Greeted with welcome drink during a hot day and we got to check in at 1pm. Another plus point is drinks in fridge are free so thats a plus that is rare and they have ironing room!
Some inconvenience that might be a deal breaker are:
1. Water pressure is very low tho and if there is no aircond you’ll be sweating if your room is on the second floor bcs somehow it is very hot in the building.
2. Parking is limited to 5 cars only and it is so difficult to park so I’m giving the last one just 4 stars.
Since these two are a huge dealbreaker for me I might not repeat except for going to the hotel cafe. They give 10% discount to their hotel resident if you are interested.
AAnonymous UserMalaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

JJustinWongMuslim friendly hotel, they serve halal breakfast. Room cleanliness is above average, staff are kind too. A bit away from the town central so you need to gave transportation.
GGuest UserWe were late check into the hotel but the receptionist are so efficient that straight away they asked isn’t 2rooms and I said yes, One of the girls took out 2forms before I can show them my booking, she asked me to check the names and was correct, I felt so warmed.
Here again I would like to say Thank you for the receptionist services… Perfect attitude and for sure I’ll visit again.
Walking distance to Central Hatyai and night market Greenway… Good location for those who hates noisy sound in the morning too.Rooms are clean and also they provide a microwave for our convenient.
They are so kind to call for a Tuk tuk if you want.
Car park are provided but not ev charger.
Overall I’ll give them 9.5 and if ev charger are provided, it ll be 10/10😉

JJxxh_TxnHotel was nice and modern design renovation, room are spacious, super king size bed was serve. Aircons was strong and cold. Toilet was clean. The only disadvantage was no slipper provide, have to wear own slipper to go in toilet otherwise have to step on cold tile. Housekeeping team are very kind and good to support. Hotel was near to Lee Garden Main Street, walk there with 5-8minute distance. No consider far, opposite hotel there is one massage shop are highly recommended. Good massage.

TTianshidechibang29Hotel 🏨 George Town Old City, the store arranged room 105 for me, which is right at the staircase. It is very noisy and the sound insulation is very poor 👎 If you choose to stay here, 101-103 is the best. 104-105 is not recommended at the staircase. Bus 🚌 is very convenient to Kek Lok Si Temple. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is near the bar street.

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
The average price for hotels in Hat Yai is AU$97 on weekdays, and AU$104 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
