Surrounded by woods and with no through traffic at all, this is one of the most peaceful spots on the lake. You can even hear the rush of the waterfalls on the neighboring lot if there has been recent rain. One of the best features of this unique lake house is the deep, year-round water in our quiet cove that is protected from the boat traffic. This is one of the biggest docks you will see on the lake. We have chairs/seating for 20+ people and there is still room to spare! ✔ Deep water right off of the dock all year long ✔ 60ish stairs from house to dock ✔ Located 30 min from I-65 at the Exit 299 (Dodge City) and a 7 minute drive to Trident Grill and Marina which has wonderful food and a fun atmosphere (and often live local music) ✔ 5 minute drive to the infamous Country Mall whose motto is, “If we don’t have it, you don’t really need it” which we have found to be true! ✔ Our incredible cove is surrounded by the most amazing rock formations -to showcase the beauty, we along with our neighbors have added light features to the rock walls. Sitting on the dock at night taking in the illuminated rocks and looking at the stars has become one of our favorite family activities. ✔ Smith Lake fishing is incredible! We have a great connection to a local charter boat captain who you can schedule to pick you up on our dock to take you out for an awesome day of fishing for striped bass. ✔ We have a NO PARTY policy that we strictly enforce.
