El Balcón

房間不大，走路去武器廣場大概12分鐘，花園很美，提供早餐，工作人員熱情服務態度好。房間有一個電暖器可以稍微取暖，4月份的Cusco真的好冷啊，Cusco好多這種小旅店，很有特色，這個價格很合適了。

I am a little late writing this review, but I only have great things to say. It was four of us, we had two rooms. Since the time I booked the reservation (I called the hotel, I wanted to make sure they had available what I was looking for), Anali was very helpful, professional, and accommodating. Francisca, confirmed my booking processing the payment and sent me the receipt and offered additional help (this doesn’t always happen). When we arrived, Maria was able to rush our rooms and have them ready early (since they were already empty). We stayed a total of three nights, one night and then two nights after our five day trek. We left our luggage at the hotel, when we came back, our luggage was already in our rooms. My husband was not feeling well after the trek and we needed ice, Anali was able to get ice for us and arranged for the ice to be delivered to our room. I have worked at luxury hotels for over ten years, and have stayed at multiple of their properties; based on my previous experience I can say the service I experienced at El Balcon was one of the best. Every one was very kind, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taking care of. Loved the amenities in the room, such as the bottles with water, basket with fruit, baby alpaca blanket, robes. Breakfast was simple, but fresh and good. Marleni, at the restaurant was very welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. I will definitely stay at El Balcon when I go back to Cusco, I know I will be taken care of by the best.
