It is a nice and affordable hotel in a good location in the center of Cuzco. People is friendly and helpful. Secure for overseas people. Nice for the family and everyone. Nice and clean. You can go walking to the center of Cuzco ….

It was simply the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. Here are some things to note: the Wi-Fi doesn't work, everything is very dirty, the bedspreads and blankets are never cleaned (picture with dirt), the breakfast is inedible (we spent money eating out, and I'm happy with bread and butter, but theirs is horrible), the bathroom drain is clogged, the curtain doesn't block the light, the staff is lazy (they didn't want to get a hair dryer, we had to ask 3 times to install the TV cable to turn it on), and to make matters worse, there wasn't even hot water for a shower in the last few days. Run away!!!! Don't accept staying at this hotel or you will get angry.
