They stole the whole equipment of my dad from the room. He is a photographer, they stole it while we went to have lunch. The room was clean when we arrived so that means at least one worker had been there. We went to the police. They didn't even offer to help us afterwards or to have any kindness. The next day they reminded us that we owed 5€ from the taxi the day before. The equipment that was stolen was valued in more than 6000€. Please don't go to this place.

Estuve alojado con mi familia en enero, realmente no había escrito nada hasta ahora por lo traumático de la experiencia. Me robaron de la habitación todo un equipo profesional de fotografía, valorado en más de seis mil euros y acumulado tras muchos años de pasión por la naturaleza y ahorro. El establecimiento se tomó el interés justo para cumplir el expediente, pero ahora con distancia y perspectiva cuanto más lo pienso, más me escama su impasibilidad ante algo tan serio, y su actitud de "aquí no ha pasado nada" en cuanto se fue la policía. hay muchos sitios en Cusco que merecen la pena, para alojarse y disfrutar de esta maravillosa ciudad y sus alrededores, pero por favor no vayáis a este sitio, o se encargarán de que vuestro viaje sea una pesadilla

Bom hotel, localização boa e com preço bem honesto. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Boas acomodações, o hotel tinha na recepção chá de coca disponível para os hóspedes para ajudar com a altitude. Pra quem sai cedo para os passeios em cusco e não tem tempo de pegar o café da manhã no hotel, basta avisar na noite anterior que eles deixam um lanche preparado para você levar, muito útil. Além disso, tem uma lanchonete anexa ao hotel, muito prático para comer após chegar dos passeios. Super indico o local.

Es un hotel antiguo, pero por eso mismo su estructura es buena y no se oyen las demás habitaciones. La habitación era como esperábamos, y nos dieron a elegir entre dos cuando llegamos. Su comunicación es rápida y constante previo a la estadía. Además, la atención del personal es excelente, rescatamos el trabajo de Dany, tiene un trato excepcional con los huéspedes. Hubo un día que tuvimos un percance con el personal de madrugada en la descoordinación de un tour, pero Dany supo manejar la molestia y se aseguró de que estuviéramos a gusto. El desayuno era incluido y buffet y estaba bien. Tienen una cafetería debajo del hotel lo que es beneficioso para las comidas si no quieren salir lejos. Está a 20 min. Del centro histórico y cerca a dos avenidas conocidas concurridas. El WiFi es excelente. Lo que habría que mejorar es que en los baños nuestra ducha goteaba y la puerta del baño se habría sola. Pero fuera de eso super bien, volveríamos.

Muy acogedor, desayuno variado, de dan colación si sales temprano a un tour, 7 minutos del plaza de armas, agua y té disponible todo el tiempo. Personal muy amable, muy limpio, lo recomiendo 100%, porque además es muy económico.
