Great place to stay. It had plenty of parking. I had an oversize truck and trailer. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed, several outlets, and decor that matched the pictures on their listing. The breakfast and breakfast area would have been worth spending extra for, it was that well done. The staff and all encountered were professional and caring. I'm likely to stay there again next year, and that's after staying in several other places in Custer over the many years I've been staying in Custer. I'm glad I found it as reasonably priced as it was, making it worth checking out.

The room was disgusting.smelled like smoke and body odor. TV did t work. Rugs had more staining then I ever seen in a one hour special motel. The attendant just laughed at my problems here.

This place was very roomy and clean. We stayed here for 3 nights. Great indoor pool and hottub. They had a nice hot breakfast. Everyone of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. It's in a great location to get to a lot of sites in the area.

Clean and remodeled rooms. A budget, family oriented hotel with lots of noisy kids in hallways. Good value for money but heavily trafficked. Interior hallways and breakfast room could use updating and cleaning.

Great location. Close to everything. Staff polite. Easy check-in & out. Washer & dryer available. Easy parking. Rooms extremely clean. Only downfall is there is no elevator & as a senior citizen it was extremely difficult to get our luggage up the stairs.

The hotel is conveniently located and the clerk at the check-in was cordial and efficient. The room is spacious enough; the furniture is new and includes the basic items: microwave and mini fridge plus a nice TV. Following a tip from another reviewer I got an Accessible room to make sure they would place me at the first floor (as this location doesn’t have an elevator). . Everything WOULD have been great if I wasn’t unlucky to get "the thumpers“ as upstairs neighbors. I do road trips every year and believe me, they are a thing. You recognize them as the ones wanting to enjoy every second of every amenity of the hotel and they always travel with kids (plural) that only see a hotel room once a year, so they jump and run like they’re in Disneyland. Also, not only they fuss till the wee hours of the night but they also re-start pretty early as they HAVE to be the first ones at the breakfast room. . Anyway, it was a terrible night and the only thing you can think of to feel better is that you’re only staying for one night…
