Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a private balcony offering sweeping views of the ocean. The bed was heavenly, the bathroom luxurious, and every detail—from the lighting to the minibar—felt curated for comfort and indulgence. Dining was a world-class experience. La Maison 1888 lived up to its Michelin-level reputation with impeccable service and exquisite French cuisine. Breakfast at Citron was another highlight, not only for the food but for the unique dining pods hanging over the mountainside. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member we encountered was gracious, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The private beach, cable car system, and spa are all standout features that make this place a destination in itself. We had the best stay here ever. Highest quality of service. Everything is so seamless , we even order lunch without looking at the menu and the stafd made sure it was ready when we return from the Boat Fishing activity. Absolute class

هذه المرة قمنا بحجز ثلاث غرف لسبعة أشخاص، منهم اثنان من الأطفال. سيتم فرض رسوم على الأطفال عند المغادرة. تم حجز الغرفة لـ 7 أشخاص وعند تسجيل الوصول، أخبرنا موظفو مكتب الاستقبال أنه لا توجد رسوم لإضافة سرير إضافي. بعد الخروج من الفندق، اتصلت بخدمة عملاء Ctrip وتم التعامل مع الأمر، لكنني لست متأكدًا ما إذا كانت هذه مشكلة فندقية أو ما إذا كان وسيط Ctrip قد فرض الرسوم وكان الفندق يجهل ذلك. اختر الغرفة بالعدد المحدد من الضيوف قبل الحجز. لا ينبغي أن تحدث هذه المشاكل في فندق يتسع لنحو 5000 شخص.

فندق مريح للغاية، خدمة وتناول طعام مثاليان، بيئة رائعة، وقرود🐒. لكنها أكثر ملاءمة لعالم مكون من شخصين. سأقيم في غرفة من نوع مختلف في المرة القادمة.
