This is our second time back in 2 years. They have upgraded some of the facilities. Breakfast remains good though I think this time they added more Korean food which is not my cup of tea.
Room is good. Pool is great. The beach was quiet and very private. Our kids love Pullman and they are looking forward going back again.
My daughter accidentally broke the glass in the bathroom and they wanted to charge me for that. It is not a huge amount of money but this is the first time ever I have been asked to pay for a broken glass. As hotel operator, I believe they know usual wear and tear and accidentally damaged items. The room charge should have factored in normal situation like this. It is not vandalism, only one glass was broken and we did not hide it, we left the glass there for them to see and pick up. We were very surprised at them asking us to pay. What if thr fan or air con is broken, will they charge us for fixing it? I suggest them putting a sign up to inform us what will be the charges if things are broken in the room so that we have an option whether we need them to be in the room.
