Sea Sand Apartment & Hotel

I agree with previous reviewers and would vote 0 star, if I could. We booked this hotel 3 times in a row + 1 more after 8 days. First 3 times were good and I even wrote good feedback. But 4th one ruined everything. At the 4th time hotel asked to book not via Booking, but directly from them, because it is somehow more convenient for them. Because we already booked this hotel previously, we thought "what can be wrong?" and booked directly from them. That was wrong, I know. So, learn on our mistakes :) Hotel gave us paper confirmation of booking, where it was written how much we paid, what are dates and exact room number we are booking (the same we stayed before). When we came back after 8 days hotel said they already put someone in the room we booked. We asked them to deal with this situation, because we need the room we paid for, not other rooms. As result, we wasted half of day of our vacation, but hotel did nothing! During our waiting in lobby we saw more than 5 people, who can not get rooms they paid for, coz they already put another people inside. One customer asked hotel to cancel booking themselves, because it is their fault. They refused and even were threatening him to call police! After several hours they gave us choice between 2 rooms. One of them was 20% smaller, windows were facing noisy street and there was strong smell of fish - we refused. We had to take another one, where 1. No washing machine. Room we booked before had it 2. Enormously strong smell of sh*t in toilet every day(probably from pipes). Original room also had it, but not so strong. 3. AC blows to your head on the bed. In room we booked, AC was placed better, far from bed 4. Lots of rat's sh*t under the bed (we had to move bed, because of AC). 5. Curtain holder was falling every time you try to close curtains 6. Very few kitchenware, same as in original room We asked hotel to find better room, but they answered "if you don't like something, get out of our hotel". That's it. The worst hotel I ever met! Another things to notice: 1. We stayed there 24 days. There were never ever anyone at reception. Never! 2. If windows are facing road, it will be noisy because of cars, street sellers, etc. Those, who sells cakes on motorbike, will run till 2 am, others will wake up at 6 am and will not let you sleep. If windows facing back yard, you will enjoy noise from bars sometimes till 1 am. 3. There is almost no noise isolation in rooms. You can clearly hear all neighbors. 4. Looks like entire building has problem with sewage pipe. I guess pipe from shower is connected to main pipe directly, without curve with water. Because of that smells from sewage pipe will be always in you room. Get ready to enjoy it every morning and every time you are not in apartment for 1-2 hours. We checked 3 rooms - all of them has this issue. 5. Some rooms have broken locks on entrance doors. Check them before you check in.
