I booked Voco with a high expectation given its higher price point and IHG branded. I arrived at Voco to a surprise that no one greet us at the door to help us carry luggages into the hotel as well as to the room. Let alone expecting a welcome drink. I stayed at other hotels in danang and hue in this trip and they offer better welcome service. Lobby was quite busy at the time and Check in was fortunately a breeze but front desk also did not make any attempt to help us organize delivery of luggages into the room. My request for high floor could not be fulfilled due to occupancy reason I am told which is fine so we settle at level 11. The room we were in had a stained sofa (yuck). There was problem with clogged shower drain which was addressed fairly quickly. The towels provided feels rough for the skin. The shower enclosure is all glass and has a strange design choice where it is covered with curtain on the outside facing the beds. Anyone can draw the curtains from outside the bathroom and see you shower. So this room type may not suitable with family with young kids. What is also frustrating - it’s quite difficult to get calls to housekeeping and reception to be answered. Usually it takes many calls before it gets answered. Fortunately when it’s answered, they fulfill requests quite quickly for example fix for drain problem, request for extra water. On more positive note, the view from rooftop towards the beach is amazing. And the beds are very comfortable. Noise level is not too bed at night, maybe we were just lucky there is no big parties in the club across the street when we were there. If I do come to danang again, I probably look into other places that offer better service and value.

Place is generally clean. Ocean view was great. Breakfast time can be rather noisy. Place is well-patronised. Wide spread of food. Bed and pillows are rather soft. Only 2 types of pillows are available, though printed information stated that there are more than 4/5 different types of pillows. Staff are friendly and polite.

We stayed at the Radisson Red Hotel in Da Nang for three nights. The hotel’s design is super modern and definitely appeals to a young crowd that loves cool, trendy aesthetics. The rooms are split between city view and sea view. We initially chose a city-view room on the 20th floor (room 2003) for more tranquility, but a nearby construction site made it incredibly noisy, even at night. Thankfully, the staff upgraded us to a sea-view room (2004), which was much quieter at night. While the sea-facing side also had some daytime noise from the busy road below, it was manageable. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool area was nice but not very relaxing due to the street noise and music from the pool bar. Overall, the hotel itself was fantastic—modern, clean, and with excellent service. If it were in a quieter location, it would easily be a 10/10.

Great experience with the service here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, offering us juice when checking in and taking care of us. They also personalised our experience by remembering us as we came back to check in. The room itself was beautiful. It was new and clean, offering good views of the city of Da Nang. I would come back here as it is affordable, convenient and overall a pleasant experience. They served Bun Bo Hue for breakfast which had a great broth, and the toast was really crunchy. The pool facility was also new and clean. The sauna and steam room come with a locker room to store belongings, and it was a relaxing stay.

Stayed in the partial sea view room for 4d3n and it was amazing. Comfy bed, fantastic view, great breakfast buffet and superb customer service right from start till check-out. Would definitely choose to return when I’m back at Danang.

The hotel and amenities are nice but it’s located in a more quieter part of town. If you prefer the quieter vibes then this is the place for you. The breakfast was decent and there was plenty of parking available for bikes too. You also get free 30 mins steam and sauna per traveller where you get the steam/spa all to yourselves (albeit a bit small)

Hotel staff were very friendly and helped us with arranging for our complimentary car ride to the airport. Hotel was also located very conveniently next to the beach, only a short walk across a busy street (you have to learn to cross with confidence). Breakfast was satisfying and the swimming pool and gym were good too. Our hotel room was spacious and view was fantastic!

It was great! The staff is incredibly attentive, they park the bike, open the doors, hold an umbrella in sunny weather! The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is beautiful, but the weather has been bad these days. We would come back again, the people in this hotel have conquered us. Thanks💘
