The room was clean and cosy Staff were very friendly and chatty Especially chante shel was very friendly and helpful ide deffo stay again And it's brilliant for parking The hotel location is really good and between 5 and 10 it's happy hour at the bar so what's not to be pleased about

This location does not offer the same customer service standards as other locations I’ve stayed in. Arrived just prior to 10pm. There was no one in reception to check-in. Waited over 20 mins for staff to show up. Only kitchen bar staff who were unable to assist. Little in the way of apology. A short while later Other customers were awaiting for bar staff to be served at the bar.

Everything great staff friendly micheal best manger kitchen staffs Ida and chariot fantastic front desk staff great Temi,Roselyn,Gul,the housekeeper are great cos the rooms are always tidy and well cleaned.The food is always hot and tasty cos my kids are always happy and satisfied.

What brilliant staff they need recognition for there hard work. Always smiling and happy to help. Gulseren and Cannor and team deserve alot of praise for there extra effort . Rooms where lovely and clean very spacious. But what shows its style is the staff

Very bad experience at Travelodge deghnem it's just like staff at reception sleeping. We reached at reception one and half hour before and they even didn't even bother to check our reservation. Finally at last minute they asked us go to Travelodge east deghnem your reservation is there . Such careless and unwelcoming attitude by reception staff.

The rooms are clean and comfortable the hospitality at reception is excellent especially gulseren she is an exceptional host who made my stay most welcoming it’s been an absolute pleasure and buki has been great being the bar always served with a smile

Stayed over the weekend with family and was quite disappointed. The hotel staff wasn’t very friendly during check-in, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room’s heating/aircon system was faulty and made the room uncomfortably hot. Despite raising the issue, it was never resolved. To make things worse, the room had no window, which made it feel extremely stuffy and suffocating. Overall, not a pleasant experience – I would avoid staying here again.
